Self check out doesn't work. You have to request help at the register and if they are not too busy they can help and orders take for ever inside.

Horrible customer service. Heard the lady taking my order cuss. She sounds miserable. They gave me a sonic toy in my happy meal when it was supposed to be Hello Kitty. Spend 5 min going to a other one it will be worth it.

August 14, 2025. Horrible experience. Had a mobile order no line and was the only car in drive thru. Worker had attitude and argued saying I was at wrong adress even tho I was showing them the correct adress spent majority of the time arguing with me about the order wish i could've gotten a refund instead. Never coming back to this location

All our food was correct (all our sandwiches were customized) and the employee at the drive thru window was great! All sauces were included and ketchup too: our local McDonald's doesn't give us ketchup unprompted for our fries.

Since when is this a large? Looks like they got upset someone even ordered and had to do work and just threw a small in a large. $5 for that... Should just go to Jack that's right next door. People at the window barely want to work and just have attitude when you ask for anything

Terrible service at the drive thru, I went to the call box, ordered 2 shakes, and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I had to pick up my drink and it turns out they didn't have a shake. The person who took my order didn't know they didn't have a shake.
