The Manager on Duty was rude, cold, and dismissive, I was trying to ask for my receipt from the kiosk and instead of hearing me out, she had cut me off. Not only that, my fries weren’t full. I don’t like being disrespected at all, and I left unsatisfied and angry.

Customer service terrible!! Placed an order on the app and paid, but when we arrived at the store, they said they were not serving dinner only breakfast..but when we asked for breakfast they told us no they couldn't help us. This was at 3:30am, Jan 1st. Worst customer service!

This Nellis and Bonanza location has ALWAYS messed up our order. I have ordered through Uber Eats and 9 times out of 10 they ALWAYS give my food away to another driver and when my delivery driver asks them to remake it so they can actually deliver it to me, they refuse. They are BY FAR the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to and I’ve been to A LOT. Someone needs to do something about the crew/management there because they are absolutely INCOMPETENT and they want minimum wage to be raised to $15/hour? They aren’t worth $2/hour. This is the worst location. Stay FAR FAR away!

I don't eat here but my child does. Everytime I bring her her large fries are NEVER full in the container. Her fries are NEVER FRESH AND HOT. More like old and sitting under the heat lamp at least a hour. Half the times I'm sitting in the drive thru at leat 10-20 minutes. Can we please be given fresh fries???🤔

I messed up by not checking my bag before I left the establishment. I ordered breakfast for my family and only received half of my order. We realized once we were home already and my children had opened some of it so there was no point in driving all the way back but it’s just very frustrating when prices go up you expect your whole meal that was paid for. I ordered pancakes did not get any jelly or syrup either. The whole breakfast was a waste of money. Feels like I was scammed for how expensive it has gotten.

It says that it is a 24 hour service McDonald's, but when I got there ar 3:11am, I was told that they were not serving food and that they were prepping for breakfast. I drove down to another McDonald's 8 minutes down the road and they served me.

Self check out doesn't work. You have to request help at the register and if they are not too busy they can help and orders take for ever inside.
