Ordered 4 large drinks via the app and since I always have trouble w the connection on the app when ordering curbside, I decided to just order it via counter… however, I thought I was just going to go in and grab it and go, but no.. I was stuck filling the drinks myself. What was the whole point of utilizing the mobile app?! Then he didn’t even provide me with a cupholder for my four drinks & the soda machine area was dirty and had nothing but drink spills from the west to the east of the counter. I had to carry the cup holder in my hand and fill my drinks & put the lids on without setting it down. Lol. Just terrible.

I really am not to fund of this location anymore for the simple fact their new team is lo-key lazy my food is almost never fresh anymore drink flat fries always either reheated or just old and cold. I only get fresh food when I stay at the window after receiving my order check it and tell them where the problem is which I feel I shouldnt have to do that.If thats the case then these prices need to go back down with a better staff because how im getting served make me now feel like I'm being scammed out my money and it isnt just this location sahara & Arville, flamingo & Decatur, nellis & bonanza and more.

Great Service. Had to wait for coffee, but it was ok . It wasn't the time of day when they are selling a lot of coffee, like at breakfast. But, I don't mind waiting for fresh coffee. McDonald's coffee is the best fast food
