You have a homeless problem. You have homeless people holding signs and asking for money at drive-thru entrances. You need to remove them from those areas and get them proper help. Customers are there to order food, not to be pressured into being philanthropists.

Everytime I order from this McDonald’s it’s always something missing and it to the point it’s getting annoying and it’s like I don’t understand how there missing the most simplest stuff everytime I order a drink it never come with a straw I never get my sauces and the lack of putting all the food I PAID FOR IN THE BAG , THIS IS THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to, dealt with all thee above. they really need better staff or something people that speaks fully English and understands it would be great!

I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for my food for the manager MIRNA OR MYRNA to call me crazy in Spanish I guess she thought I wouldn't understand all I wanted was my food I paid fir I wish I could contact her boss I WILL figure this out

The staff has a major attitude problem. They are very judgmental and they think anyone that carries a backpack is automatically homeless. And they treat you as such. I went in there and had PAID for my food on my app, I had my backpack with my SCHOOL things inside. As Im waiting for my food I was harassed by an older white lady asking me what exactly i ordered, even though i kept telling her my name that was on my order. She kept pressing me on what exactly i ordered. Then they want to try and tell me it’s because they have people who take other peoples orders. Poor excuse especially since i kept giving my name that associated with the order i placed on my app.

12/7/2025 at 12:39 AM I pulled into this location and purchased a #7 - Filet Fish meal and a cheeseburger… BOTH THE FISH AND THE BURGER WERE SPOILED!!! I didn’t realize this until I got so the way home 😡 Called in and some guy WHISPERED that he was the manager and didn’t know the owners name!!! DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE OR FEED YOU’RE KIDS HERE… EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK… YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

On November 22, 2025, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, the female employee working the register was extremely rude, aggressive, and argumentative toward both Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers. I witnessed one driver walk away after an interaction with her, and instead of moving on, she continued making rude remarks about the driver after they left.

What made the situation even worse was that she was the one causing the confusion, yet she claimed she was going to “report” the driver for a mistake that was actually hers. The driver was simply trying to assist another driver who had a question about the platform.

This kind of behavior creates a hostile environment and makes it difficult for delivery drivers to do their jobs. It reflects poorly on the store regardless of if you call her names in Spanish or English!!!
