I’ve gone here too much until today, I will never go to this location again now. The tall Hispanic women just claimed she was the manager while on the phone after messing up my order, said I had to drive 20mins back and she could refund it only if I handed her the food but refused to do anything to compensate for my gas or time after parking me for 5 minutes and putting no sausage on my Sausage egg and cheese bagel. The have refunded it to the card when they made the mistake in the past. She then said she is the manager and I asked to speak to the GM and she passed the phone to the new guy working the dry through who just gaslight me. Great customer service, now I have to dispute the whole charge since they refused to make me whole. Also the tile in this place is insanely dirty. It seems they only mop with dirty water and you can smell that there was likely a flood in the dining area that wasn’t properly treated. In smells like sewage.

Adrian their worker up front is a really hard working respectful young man helped me with my McDonald's app and was completely respectful and nice to my entire family making us feel welcomed along with exceptional customer service the experience was a really good relaxing one my kiddos played and ran around like crazy having a good time

Mixed managing leaving for difficult picking up. I ordered online and walk by foot and usually they let me pick up after hours at the window by foot but I guess one of the managers tonight is strict and wouldn’t let me get my order even though I paid for it online. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me but it is what it is.

Every time I come in this McDonald’s my fries are cold always cold. My burger looks like it’s always been sitting out for more than 20 minutes my frappe looks like they just squeezed the caramel sauce on the bottom. I’m only drinking caramel sauce.
