If you like self-service, DO NOT COME HERE. There is no station to fill your own drink, grab napkins, or get ketchup. If you have to use the restroom, you have to get buzzed in by an associate after you’ve waited 5-10 minutes at the counter. I don’t even want to mention the wait time for actually getting food, granted it was good, it’s not worth the wait. So much for fast food.
