This is the only place that I can knock on in Sam's Town. The employees are horribly rude and do not take customer's orders accurately. If you have to have McDonalds, it's better to risk crossing Boulder Hwy to the one across the street than deign to deal with this one. At least that McD's has the excuse of being busy.

Dirty tables and the Manager was rude. Ordered 2 happy meals with both fries and apple slices. Gave me strictly fires in 1 and only one bag of apple slices. Also why is your manager putting food back into the fry area after it was handed out to a customer thats a health code violation.

Ordered burgers with no buns. Ordered nuggets with sauce and fries with no salt and ketchup.
Got buns with no burgers, no sauces at all. Asked for FORKS 2x. All I got were spoons. Very helpful.🥴

I went to it today 10/04/2024 around 10pm thier a man in red shirt he always has the frys so old and cold hamburger I got to was horrible to 2 time I had to go this when he working when I go thier a lady works at closing and she does a better job keeping fresh fry and hamburger too I don't like to be that way to any employee thier but come on I like to enjoy food thier I come 4 days a week thier to eat I always have goof service I just wish when the guy close he do little more better

The manager sought to charge us a quarter per Sauce, after buying 30.00 of junk food. The manager told us "It's not the quantity!" How rude, cheap, and petty. Plus the service took LONG. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Boyd Gaming should get rid of this franchisee. NO CLASS, BAD SERVICE, BAD PERSONNELL.

Worst McDonald’s ever they messed up on my sandwich four times because they can’t read no pickles, extra onions like come on it’s not that complicated they bring me a sandwich with no onions and extra pickles then they gave me a sandwich with no pickles and no onions and the lady was given me an attitude bc I wanted my sandwich fixed usually I would never be the type of person to complain but they can’t read really
