I’m at the Burger King inside circus circus in Las Vegas and this establishment does not take customers orders anymore. I’m sitting here watching these poor foreigners come and just want to order a meal and their being asked to leave if they can’t order the food themselves through the kiosk. It’s truly a shame that Burger King is doing this to people. And yet these employees are complaining they want more money. For what there isn’t even any customer service anymore. I will definitely not eat at any restaurant that I can’t interact with a person and not a dam machine

I tried calling back to let them know and it took over 4 hours before they answered the phone.They need people working the drive-through that can speak and understand English. Very bad service!!
