Update… I started using the app only hoping to not have to get parked and wait 15 minutes in a freaking parking lot for my food every time I went there… So even if you order 15 minutes ahead, they’re still gonna make you park sit…… They like to cheat their drive-through times… So I’m about over McDonald’s as a whole because it seems like it’s an accepted practice to treat customers this way… Their food is overpriced for basic garbage that will kill you in the end and I don’t know why I suggest myself to customer service that is this lacking…
Basically, I just went through their drive-through… I would say the past 15 times I’ve been at this McDonald’s including today. They pull me forward and make me park in the parking lot to wait for my order and about 75 to 80% of the time there’s never a car behind me. They’re just doing it to cheat their drive-through times And it’s really inconvenient. I brought my concerns to the employee and she basically told me tough… Pull forward…This establishment should be very ashamed… ps… Did get my food, but they’ve screwed up the order with the car in front of me in this line that I cannot get out of and I’m sitting here for over 10 minutes with my food getting cold and no way to escape… I’ll never come back to this establishment… Worst experience ever repeatedly and I’ve given them so many chances

I mostly only do coffee now at McD and much less often now.
Reasons have less to do with quality of food and service than the corporate structure, support and direction. But there are few other corporate businesses that have also lost my dollars and many more local, independent, individual businesses have gained my support and dollars.

No acknowledgment when walking to pick up an order. Employees walked thru lobby not assisting anyone. When another customer finally became upset after waiting 20 mins for their order a rep finally came to the front with an attitude. Horrible customer service!!!!! Advised my customer to never order here again!

I bought my daughter a happy meal because of the hello kitty toy and they gave us a minions toy. Then our soda wasn’t filled up all the way. The service was bad. I’m disappointed with our experience today I would like my money back.
