A Man Going His Own Way

Micky D's has fallen way short of what was a staple in the community. It looks like a prison lunch room on the inside. Outside looks like it could attract goats. They don't even take your order anymore and the employees look miserable ?

Now just to be transparent I came in to the store and including the bathroom It was under par even setting the standards just below par (from my general average in all fastfood places I have visited in LV). If it was not for Rosa whom I hope was a Store Manager and if not she should be considered for the position, she was very helpful and shows she took pride in her job and showed leadership! I noticed 5 other employees 1 in drive thru, 1 expediting, 2 runners, and I think 1 front counter whom I rarely saw. I came in with no greeting from anyone and 3 customers ahead of me and still took 15 minutes to be addressed. Once Rosa came from the back she help create order to the chaos and after 20 minutes drive thru and lobby was all caught up. In just that kind of service from Rosa it makes customers like myself reconsider and give this store another visit but would hope that the other employees would really take more pride in there work just like her and other workers like her!Food: Looks like I got crumbs put together to look like a sandwich / pop dispensary needs better cleaning I could taste other syrup mixing in.Service: "Rosa" saved the day and this survey!Atmosphere: chaotic and needs better orderP.S. Please remember we all work hard for our money and even food is not cheap , so asking for higher pay and not working for your pay hurts the company not getting more customers and in turn hurts your paychecks. Pride goes a long way!Kid-friendliness: The Female staff was very friendly with my niece and nephew!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable at the very first table!

Place doesn’t know how to turn themselves offline and falsely advertises 24 hr service. Used the app to order food just for shift manager to be outside smoking refusing to make order.Tells me he can’t refund order and also can’t provide the food. But to wait a couple hours and the order would refund.It’s fine they’re closed what’s not fine is refusing to cancel my mobile order so I could order at another location or maybe giving my money back instead of holding on to my money with no proof of a refund.Why can’t you just make sure you’re listed as closed so the situation doesn’t happen again. Or the very least give the customer their money back and cancel the mobile order.
