Once again this McDonalds failed at getting a ONE item order correct. I just don't understand how they fail so much at a task that is the lowest form of labor/skill/brains on the planet. I think working at McD's is an overachievement for these full-grown adults that can't do the simplest tasks. My Steak Bagel had bacon not steak, I don't eat bacon and once again I didn't eat breakfast. I wonder what the manager feels like knowing they can't even train the simplest tasks. McDonald's is a familiar fast food establishment with convenient features like kiosks for self-ordering and a mobile app offering deal codes. If you use the kiosk to order it will generally come quickly. The manager is amazing, efficient, and considerate. This location does better than some other McDonald's and there is usually not a long wait. They are focused on speed and efficiency. It offers wheelchair accessibility and is located in the Sunset Business Center. Expect a no-frills ambiance, but enjoy classic menu items like the McDouble and medium fries.
