Wanted to go inside cause my ac just went out . And out of 3 doors for customers to enter and exit 2 where locked and one was blocked by a worker who was changing the trash and just sat there. Went through drive through and they had no clue. Isn’t this considered a hazard ?

If you need anything at this McDonalds do NOT go inside. The staff actively ignores anyone that walks up to the counter and clearly hates working there (cant blame them for that tbh lol)
I foolishly decided to go inside and eat on a Sunday morning at this locstion. The girl who delivered the food to the table completely ignored my request for ketchup which would be fine if you could get it from anywhere in the lobby but you can't. And good luck asking for some at the counter because, again, they'll ignore you.
I literally stepped behind the counter myself to get it and none of the staff noticed (or cared) imagine that.
Food is fine, service is total ass tho lol.

Who ever is making the burgers recently thinks it is funny to continuously add one pickle to an order that says No Pickles. Never had an issue before this, but it had happened three straight visits.

1) Avoid this place for breakfast, this location upcharges significantly on orders compared to Maryland or Tropicana. For example: $4.19 for a large iced coffee compared to $1.99 at those locations. 2) They will have you pull ahead when no one behind you for the sake of their drive thru metrics. They will even cause jams in the drive thru by having more than 3 cars pulled to the side at once. I'll try to snag a picture next time.

No complaints. This location does better than some other McDonald's that I've been to. Usually not a long wait for curbside but in a rush that's understandable.

McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food but when you order something small in the drive thru and get sent to park and wait for 15 minutes is insane. Wife finally walked in and our order was just sitting there. 100 percent understand if it was busy but we were one of the very few there at the time.

Once again this McDonalds failed at getting a ONE item order correct. I just don't understand how they fail so much at a task that is the lowest form of labor/skill/brains on the planet. I think working at McD's is an overachievement for these full-grown adults that can't do the simplest tasks. My Steak Bagel had bacon not steak, I don't eat bacon and once again I didn't eat breakfast. I wonder what the manager feels like knowing they can't even train the simplest tasks. Probably why they have to go to a "BURGER UNIVERSITY" to learn how to flip a burger.

I ordered a big mac meal. The burgers were like 2 thin hockey pucks. The fries were barely warm at best. What is fast food coming to?

If you use the kiosk to order it will generally come quickly. If you want to order with a person, be prepared to feel as if you're greatly inconveniencing them. They'll let you know. They are so focused on speed and efficiency that they've left common courtesy behind. No "Thanks for coming", they won't even wait after delivering the order to see if you need ketchup or anything else. If you want speed and little to no human interaction this is the place for you.

The drive thru process was dumb. They parked to many cars. People got stuck behind each other cause they didnt bring out the orders in the correct way. Our food was terribly cold cause they let it sit around while they finished other order to bring out. Will never go there again.
