McDonald's service has become the worst in history like a Amazon warehouse noon wants to talk to customers or even say hi. This one doesn't even have a cash register. Terrible

Virtually no human interaction. Orders can only be placed online or by kiosk. The fries were undercooked and cold.

Horrible service!, since they have those stupid computers to order, they forgot to tell their workers about still having to help and be respectful to customers. ( it's call customer service). You ask them something and when they decide to answer you, it comes with a role up eyes!. I decided not to do something at the moment because I was with my 10 year old son, didn't wanted to be a bad example to him, but even my son at 10 said at some point, they don't like their work right dad?. I just decided not to go back there anymore!. Hopefully they will train people in better customer service skills!.

This place looks like a corporate lunch room not the MCDS I remember as a kid at all!! You have to order for my machine and it is freaking ridiculous quite preposterous. The Happy meal should be caught a frowning meal!! It does not look like the McDonald's that I remember with Ronald and the gang. Also one of the employees he seemed very overloaded but he had so much to do but he did not walk with the purpose whatsoever it's like he was purposely being so I had to use the restroom and get a key or code rather to do so and it took literally 5 minutes to get them to open the bathroom door I always use the restroom on the floor no joke. McDonald's what happened to you and the prices are absurd asinine

Not having cashiers and expecting everyone to use these awful Kiosks is ridiculous. I also don't know if I've ever been to a mcdonalds this slow. 19 minutes in the drive through id awful.

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! ! i already wrote a google review AND called the customer service line not once but TWICE!! for starters, this location takes forever to make the food and tells EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. to pull around to the front to get their order. this has been going on for MONTHS at this location.. but this is my MAIN ISSUE: I placed an order to be picked up before I went to work around 10:10 am on 12/08/25 because i ASSUMED that it would be ready for me to pick up by the time i drove there because OBVIOUSLY it’s mcdonald’s it’s supposed to take like 3 minutes to get ur food?? (this location is only 5 minutes from my house so i go here often).. I arrived here at 10:35 am and my food still not was ready whatsoever.. I originally had put my order to be picked up from the drive thru but i changed it to in store pickup because the line was too long (obviously because they literally tell every customer to park around the corner to get their food). according to the employees, they BLAMED ME!! and said it was my fault for placing the order for the drive thru pickup because they take orders as they come ? which doesnt make any sense because mobile orders should be prepared separately when they are RECEIVED?? Long story short I NEVER got my order that day, i ended up being late to work because i waited till 10:45am and my order was literally still not ready. the front staff gave me an attitude especially the young pale dude who works in the front .. They basically blamed me for my order not being ready and also LIED about my REFUND. They said i had to get my refund on my OWN and cancel the order MYSELF which i found out was NOT TRUE by the customer service line. Now, because they didn’t refund me or cancel my order on their end, Its been almost a week and i still have not been refunded for an order i never even got or ate whatsoever! Literally the employees lied to my face just to get me to leave the store! I called the customer service line twice and they still are processing my refund, and they also said i was supposed to be receiving a phone call from the manager the day after apologizing and confirming my refund details, THIS NEVER EVER HAPPENED!! If you’re a store manager at any type of franchise you should have at least some type of integrity to talk to your employees & customers to FIX THE ISSUES!! this location is a JOKE and i need some type of compensation for this ridiculousness, no way a huge company with tons of employees lets this slide!!

Tried to pick up my mobile order and they refused to help me at all. They said that something had gone wrong on their end and we had to cancel it and reorder. But when I tried to do this it got rid of the deal I was using on my order. I asked the cashier for help but at this point he became upset and was being very mean and dismissive. He walked away partway through our interaction and I had no idea what to do. I thought he went to get help or a phone number I could contact, but when he returned he was very upset that I was still there even though he had never told me he wanted me to leave, he had just left me hanging. He wouldn't even look at the digital receipt or order on my end. He told me that the McDonald's app is a 3rd party app? and that I would have to call the app to get it fixed. But on the app it says to contact the store if there is a problem with your order. So I guess I'm stuck in McDonald's fraudulent purgatory. You better hope that if you go to this McDonald's there isnt a problem, because they will be rude, dismissive, and lie about policy when something goes wrong.

This Mcdonald’s location genuinely freaking sucks LOL! The service always takes literally FOREVER, but yet it seems like they have a full staff of people every time i come here? So obviously it’s not a staffing issue, but just a management issue. The food takes soo long to come out & service is always 10+ minutes or more, and to make things worse it seems like the employees don’t care or they are annoyed. I live around the corner from this location so i come here often especially before work, and they literally have taken forever to give me my food EVERY TIME which has caused me to be late to work (my fault also i know but it’s mcdonald’s it’s supposed to be fast) It’s just truly ridiculous, for example today i ordered 2 small items and they literally told me to pull around the corner and I ended up waiting 10 extra minutes for my food, this is so agitating i think for literally anybody? Also They have a guy who works the graveyard shift (he has a bunch of tattoos ) who gives my boyfriend & I an attitude every time we come here late at night, again i understand mcdonald’s isn’t an easy job but this IS your job, so have at least some type of integrity. In conclusion i wish this location would improve their service because this is the only mcdonald’s location in this area and im sure im not the only person who feels this way..

Customer service is key in any business setting. I speak as a business owner for over 10 years. Shorter man with tattooed face needs a lesson and some maturity. 2nd man was nice and assisted as best he could to open the restroom for me.
