I don't really care for McDonald's as far as the service is concerned there isn't any you order your food on a machine so there would be no customer service does the food was as good as McDonald's food could get and as far as the atmosphere there's only a play area for the children which is A1 I believe that was the best part of my experience watching The children Play. I only stopped in to get the McRib which is seasonal that's the only thing I like about McDonald's because their service has always been -10 no matter where you go and I did order other things for my husband.

I placed and paid for and order on the app to be picked up by my daughters. When they got there to pick it up and order some things of their own they noticed the sauces that I specifically ordered extra were not in the bag. They attempted to tell them at the counter and were met with hostility and were not even allowed to show the receipt after being told I did not order it. They were brushed off rudely and walked away from. On top of this they got home to find that the store also messed there food order that was ordered in the store.

Nasty and rude staff, no one wanted to pay attention to you. The ignore you. When your dining in the restaurant they do don't allow refills on your drinks. I don't recommend going there.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Location I had an awful experience at the McDonald’s on Tropicana. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I specifically asked for fries with no salt, and instead, I was given fries with salt because they were clearly trying to rush me out the door. When I brought up the issue and asked the manager if I could have a few drinks while waiting, she rudely told me to “call the number” if I had any complaints. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. If you value decent customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid this locatio

I asked for a plain double cheeseburger and received a burger with no alterations whatsoever. After I had taken two bites I realized this and threw the incorrect order away and then went back to the counter to receive the correct item that I ordered and paid for. The staff Louisa supposedly refused to give me the correct order unless I picked the incorrect one out of the trash and handed it to her. This is the second time in two days that McDonald's has absolutely failed in the most spectacular and disrespectful way. I will never return to any McDonald's anywhere ever again! They clearly do not care whatsoever about serving their customers they won't even take your order anymore they make you do it yourself. Shame on you McDonald's you used to be the shiny example of all fast food restaurants.

I was on Thursday Dec 12 /24 at 4pm to order vanilla icecream cone. I proceeded to self checkout and put my all coins. The employee was watching me since it made noise while using my coins. Onthe other hand, I was the only customer offering my payment and was noticeable. Suddenly , the machine prompt me that couldnt proceed with payment and detected an error. I talked with an assocites .Disparetly asking for need. she said my supervisor cant talk with you she is giving break to somebody. But the Supervisor Marcella Mexican ( Me no English lady) came to the front three times and didnt want to talk with me saying I cant do anything. The mexican short illiterate supervisor just promoted because of her rudeness . Other employees told me that they have bad daywith her everyday. (Me no English mexicanoooooo!!!!!! Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!) Mexicans should consider the following jobs Not managements jobs:; Carpet cleaning , housekeeping, porter, caregiver, babysitter, dishwashing , toilet cleaning and Etc

This place is TRASH!!!!! Manager is incompetent!!! Couldn’t read tickets and had to complain multiple times. Tried telling me my REGULAR McChicken wasn’t spicy when clearly it was. Went back and forth just to open the sandwich and show her it was the spicy chicken patty. Why argue with the customer when you can see it with your own eyes? Terrible service!! Needs new management for sure.
