Customer service is key in any business setting. I speak as a business owner for over 10 years. Shorter man with tattooed face needs a lesson and some maturity. 2nd man was nice and assisted as best he could to open the restroom for me.

As you can see, there is no cashiers it's all touch screen. It's terrible because the screen keeps asking the user if you want to add this, round up that etc. It feels like being in jail getting served thru a hole in the wall. It's a cold place to eat.

My 5 stars goes out to the IT Tech and the manager on duty on the afternoon of July 23, 2025. My husband, who is elderly and disabled lost his phone in the parking lot. When he got home I immediately locked it and put my phone number on the screen so if found they could contact me. It wasn't long and I got a call from a gentleman the said he was the IT Tech (I'm assuming for McDonalds), and he found the phone. He was giving it to the manager and I could retrieve it from...
