Dirty, they gave us toys mooooooonths old, manager was cussing everyone out. Food is always sub par. I can't stand this location. They take forever,they are rude and incompetent. They need to fire everyone there and start over. I have never like an experience there and I refuse to take my kids to McDonald's ever again anywhere. I honestly don't trust the food there anyways 😒

Its good when its not packed because they take they're time and effort on the food or meal but when its busy, they rush it and it doesnt come off with a good quality. There's also homeless coming in and out. But so far this mc donald place is alright.

I stopped by on 08/18/2025 at approximately 1:10am-1:30am. The worker at the drive thru was an absolute disaster! Her customer service was so atrocious it’s like she’s never heard of basic human interaction. I honestly don’t think she could even tell the difference between her left from right, night and day… The girl literally fumbled my order at the drive-thru because she didn’t know which window was which. She tried to play it off by telling me to go wait up front even though the place was dead and I was the only customer there. She wasted 15 minutes of my time for NO REASON. She then finally realized there was no point in telling me to go wait up front so she then left her area and walked up front to hand the food herself lol. Smh. The food was already COLD and the burger looked chopped/bitten. I’m shocked she even got hired… This franchise deserves better than someone this unqualified dragging down the whole place. Yes, I’m being serious, she’s unqualified for McDonald’s drive thru. Stay away from this place (late night) until they hire ppl with half a brain.

Came here yesterday after having another incident with my order at a different location because I still wanted to try and get what I wanted. Didn’t even make it past the order speaker because the guy on the other side rudely interrupted us mid sentence by yelling at us through the speaker! At that point we got out the line and left. It was completely unnecessary to do any of that. And this is coming from someone who’s worked fast food and knows it can get busy but they were not that busy to be yelling like that through the damn intercom, especially not when the gentleman before that, that asked us if we’re using the mobile app was very calm about it! Don’t come here unless you wanna be disrespected and screamed at for no reason…
