The food was cold, and the lady in the drive-thru was very rude. I'm giving it a 3 star because at least my soda wasn't flat. I'm very forgiving when it comes to customer service and the fast food industry, but this McDonald's on Maryland Pwy and Karen in Las vegas, nevada, wasn't a pleasant experience.

Everytime I visit this location after 4pm the workers are always taking forever to make orders. They spend too much time taking orders in general. They are always rude and saying smart comments instead of working. I will not recommend going here if you’re hungry or on a time limit. You will be sitting around waiting !!!!! Won’t ever visit again.they always give you half of your order and you can taste that your food isn’t fresh or has been sitting out. The drinks always taste like crap. If you applied to do a job ; that’s what you are being paid for ! The customers are not to blame for you not wanting to be at work. If we’re spending our money we should receive what we paid for not what you want to give us on top of a crappy attitude .

There are zero cashiers at this location. You have no option but to use a self check out, then come to the counter and get in another line to pay with cash. I already have a full time job, I don’t need a part time one. I’m not offered an employee discount, insurance or any other benefits. End the normalization of the customer being the employee and the company keeping the money.

Their service is very poor, it is always full because of how slow they are, even if simple orders are always complicated, very slow, it takes more than 20 minutes to receive your food.

Service was extremely slow, more and more people were lining up for their food and orders were not being made fast, food takes like normal mcdonald food, atmostphere was kind of loud with the music.
Ridiculous this place had a 5 star review from me but denying a paying blind customer the bathroom and saying he didn't pay is beyond disgusting thankfully the nice old white lady was there those other employees should be fired
