I will very rarely leave a review but today’s experience was terrible. No one was helping at the drive thru so we were all waiting for food for a while (almost 5 to 10 minutes for me and I cannot say how long it was for the other person). The lady taking orders was either new or didn’t know the information at all. I was as completely disappointed.

Very bad costumer service. No one is there to help. I waited 20 minutes to make an order which didn't work so I left the place. Very disappointed

A lot of homeless people hanging out near the children's play place. Food took way too long to come out, and orders were almost always incorrect. Took the young man at the counter 10 minutes to approach me at the counter, just got a straw he forgot to give me for my soda

Very disappointed. Around 7:45am, I ordered a large coffee. I told them how many creamers and about 10 packs of sugars. The lady entered 3 packs of sugar instead. With a large coffee, I know they should know better. However, at least 5 packs. I had to go to the Walgreens to buy more sugar. Once I got to work, the coffee I received was so watery that 1 creamer turned it almost white. I had to brew more coffee once I got to work, which I tried to avoid. Here’s my lesson: continue doing what I was doing… wait until I get to work for coffee!
