My experience at McDonald's located at 7150 W Craig Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129 was negative due to rude staff and poor customer service. You can barely hear them when you order your food drive-thru speaker, can you pick up your food they have no sense of manners.
I’ve been here multiple times. The food comes quick and isn’t too expensive. The place is as clean as the majority of McDonalds I’ve been to.
It’s fine for a cheap breakfast or a late night snack.

This place is a joke my husband couldn’t even come upstairs with our son because there elevator was out of service I ordered two kids meal and a combo and they denied me a water cup even thought I spent money here extremely ridiculous I’ve never been denied water at a mc Donald’s

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My order took over 30min to be made. Restaurant was slow. The burger (double quarter) I ordered was raw. The male manager on duty laughed and was hesitant to issue a refund. Manger is incompetent and should be fired for his actions. I will not come to this McDonald's again and I will be letting other know about my experience.
