Worst place ever with no English-speaking workers, since you can't give half or less stars I'll give them 1 star. it took them 4 times to get our order right and we still were missing items when all was said and done.Parking: Not too many parking spaces overall.

My boyfriend let the night manager know that the bathrooms smelt line urine, and were dirty, she said ok. Never had anyone go clean them.

This morning I asked for a medium and got a small. I told the lady in the drive thru that I asked for a medium she’s like that’s a medium. But it’s a small. I just didn’t want to argue with her. But you guys need to work on your customer service.
I ordered on the app. Once at drive thru, they had me waiting for what it really was like 5 mins, there was no car in front or behind. Car pulled up behind me after those 5 mins, I called out to them to see if they had taken my number since they asked for it, and if it was ok to pull up forward to next window. So didn't get an answer, still pulled up. Someone came to window 5 minutes after and then, once they did come to window, they were repeating the order and telling me the amount, and I had already payed on app , so was kinda confused and wasn't my order at all. It was the car behind me order. He clearly said it himself that was his order when he heard the employee reading out to me. So I still had to wait Another 2-3 mins to get my actual order of a Large Frie and 10 nuggets. This was sometime after 1 a.m too. My first time going to this McDonald's and maybe the last.Kid-friendliness: The options of kid friendly foods.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp for easier entrance accessibility.

This is the most terrible McDonald’s location in the United States. I have traveled far and wide and been to all the McDonalds in the United States and this officially the most disgusting and saddest McDonald’s. To start you can not order at the register, you are forced to use the kiosk which is not a super bad thing but strange. The second is the food is not fresh it is grossly old and cold. The third thing is the drink machine does not work unless you talk to a staff member and then they turn it on and once it’s on all the drink choices are messed up with either too much syrup or not enough liquid or carbonation it is a disaster. The forth thing is the bathrooms are locked like Fort Knox and you must prove your purchased something and talk to the manager and not a regular staff member. The fifth thing is the parking lot smell like sewage or rotten eggs maybe even a gas leak It’s so bad even homeless people don’t come over here. I would highly advise to avoid this place at all cost. I don’t care if this was the last place on earth I would not come here even if I was paid 1 million dollars to come back and eat here.
