I called about missing food from my order. I was immediately disrespected when i asked to speak to the manager, i was given the third degree of who i was FIRST. I was lied to by "the manager Max". Who said I could not speak to his manager or know her name because it was "confidential". I questioned if he, "Max" was truly the manager and if "Max" was truly his name and he refused to respond. I ask again and he hangs up on me.I am really disappointed that people with that attitude would even qualify to work in management positions there. I am a firm believer that you ARE who you hang around so whomever hired those people and CHOOSE to work with those people, I would bet almost 95 percent probably act the same way. McDonald's is a franchise, and with a number of people with this attitude working here, it reflects that the owner runs his WHOLE STORE like this and would probably treat people and customers in that unprofessional manner as well. So, no more McDonald's for me EVER at 108 N. Jones Blvd. Las Vegas (Jones and 95 freeway). I deserve more respect than that.

This is the only mcdz in my area that serves lunch during breakfast hours. I don’t know if they serve breakfast all day tho. I’d have to ask next time. We usually go in the a.m before school, and one of my girls wants chickie nuggies, I know I can count on these guys every time. Always so fast, friendly, efficient and fresh too. Thank you guys.Vegetarian options: Salads, desserts, fries.Dietary restrictions: You can have them modify it so you can stick to your diet. Or substitutions like no bun instead lettuce wrap.Parking: Small area to park in the back, a bit of a tight squeeze since it’s in a huge shopping center on the other side for like 10 other stores.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for families.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wider doors, ramp and wheelchair accessible dining tables.

This is THE worst location in Vegas, but unfortunately the busiest and my most convenient location. Time after time I have been forced to pay for extra sauces (no big deal), but multiple times they have given me ZERO sauces. I’ve tried contacting the franchise owner, but no response. I will give them credit that sometimes they give me the sauce I didn’t have to pay for, but forget the ones I pay for. I’m ready to start logging my visits because it’s already a problem.Their mobile ordering AT THIS LOCATION ONLY is horrible. Half the time I order their app says everything is closed when at least their drive thru is 24 hours. It’s like they flip a switch to turn off their mobile orders because I drive to the next location, and everything runs smoothly with no hiccups. Tonight (2/17) I was turned away because they shut down their QP grills THREE HOURS BEFORE BREAKFAST. Either these people don’t want to work or well.. I don’t think the employees here want to work, and I don’t believe the franchise owner cares to make changes as this has been an ongoing issue for the better part of a year. And again, it is this location only as I can go to another location nearby and everything runs great. The franchise owner should lose their restaurant.

Update... Almost 2 bucks for a single tiny hash brown... Just not worth it anymore. McyDs use to be at least the cheap fast food while comfort but have lost their way... It's the same sht but just keep upping the price of everything. It would be another thing if they improved anything which I also don't ness need or want either. It's just McDonald's...McyDs enough said really. Love it or hate it it is what it is
