If u ordee at the kiosk. You wait forever to pay while emoyees do random unimportant tasks instead of helping you. You must let them know you need to pay in order to get helped

Horrible experience place my online order for breakfast I’m behind a man that’s taking forever to order and I literally watch the menu change and when it’s my turn the girl takes about 5-6 minutes and says she no longer has breakfast. When all 3 Cars that were next to me order breakfast from the boy on the other speaker. Disappointing specially when I ordered ahead and paid ahead now I have to wait 7 business days to get my money back from an order I didn’t even receive.

it smelt horrible when we walked in there i couldnt last 15 seconds in there but and we waited 30 minutes for our order the young man that has black longish hair had amazing service and he gave us our order.

I was very disappointed with this McDonald's. You know Mr Donald wouldn't be happy. I asked for fresh fries out of the fryer waited 20 minutes got cold fries. I would have went back in and put them on blast but I was in a bit of a rush considering I had to wait 20 minutes. I won't be coming to this location I have better luck on Paradise and Twain.

The reason I am rating is because the man at the counter was EXTREMELY delightful. It was busy and he was creating such a warm Environment. 10/10 service- best I’ve seen at any McDonald’s!!! Great multi tasker too! Make this man employee of the YEAR :) He rocked it! As did the whole team. Thank you Jerome!!!!

I hate to sound like this but there were a lot of people in here that weren't ordering. I had to order off the kiosk and then pay at the counter because I had cash and I was standing there for at least 15 minutes. The lady that finally cashed me out was really nice but I won't go back to this one. The nuggets were fresh though.
