Cindy, The Manager at this branch 6360 W Charleston, 89146 is so wonderful! So helpful, happy, fast, and her wonderful attitude made me and my husband stay longer and ordered more food and drink that we never ordered before!! She is just so wonderful, so pleasant, great service and made us love her and McDonald’s again!!! Thank you for having her and wonderful Staff!!

It's McDonald's. But I go here a lot. Crew is hardworking. They all need a raise due to how busy they are. App has disappointed me lately for removing the breakfast sandwich deal (buy one get one for $2). But I'll wait patiently for another good deal.

The place looked clean. The food was ok. The fish pieces seemed too small for the bun. But the staff there was very rude. They seemed to us. Me and two coworkers went here for lunch and we had to yell to get someone to acknowledge us and get someone to let us use the restroom. We are paying customers that wanted to wash our hands before eating food. We work outside. And one lil older Asian lady tells us about her just getting off her break. We just wanted to wash our hands after ordering our food. We understand there is alot of homeless foot traffic but, they know who are working people. This is Unacceptable. We won't begoing to this location again. Paying customers Should Not Be Ignored to ask to use the restroom when we are paying customers!!!!!
