The place looked clean. The food was ok. The fish pieces seemed too small for the bun. But the staff there was very rude. They seemed to us. Me and two coworkers went here for lunch and we had to yell to get someone to acknowledge us and get someone to let us use the restroom. We are paying customers that wanted to wash our hands before eating food. We work outside. And one lil older Asian lady tells us about her just getting off her break. We just wanted to wash our hands after ordering our food. We understand there is alot of homeless foot traffic but, they know who are working people. This is Unacceptable. We won't begoing to this location again. Paying customers Should Not Be Ignored to ask to use the restroom when we are paying customers!!!!!

I arrived at the CSN West Charleston location amid a rush of Bananza High kids gathering at the door. It was great to see that there was a moderator at the door to control foot traffic into the store. This improved the shopping experience for me and other adults and families visiting the store around 3 pm.

That was delicious the lady at the window was so nice this morning it was a pleasure waking up with mcdonald's today this is a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with hot sauce it's the best 👌
Every time I order from this McDonald’s all the time and have an issue every single time. They never get my order right, today isn’t the first time it’s just the cherry on top my entire order was incorrect I called they asked me to come switch the food out, after I said I didn’t have a vehicle right now they said they couldn’t do anything unless I bring in the food. I’m very very disappointed and annoyed with the service and will not be back. Do better.
