I ordered my food early this morning at 3:30 then i arrived at 4 knowing this is a 24 hour mcdonald’s. when i arrived there mobile order wasn’t working. so we were telling the lady what we ordered and she said that we ordered to much and we needed to cancel because it was to much. we said that we wouldn’t be canceling and if we do then we need our money back asap. and she said that we needed to move or she was calling the police so we told her to go ahead. then another lady stepped in and was asking what is our name because the mobile order popped back up. but the lady that threatened to call the police was talking in spanish not knowing we have a spanish speaking person in the car was calling us bad names.👍

I had lunch today at the McDonald’s on West Flamingo, and I have to give a shoutout to the manager on duty. Her service was top-notch—quick on her feet, attentive, and a real problem solver. You could tell she was in full control of the floor, keeping things running smoothly even during the rush. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and hustle in fast food these days. Great job—I’ll definitely be back!

You guys really need to get some bike racks or some thing because I have been coming in for a year and a half in parking my bike right next to the bathrooms and then finally somebody says some thing not complaining about the other people that are in here because they never have said anything to me and it’s always out of the way But the one guy looks like he was a little bit older maybe a maintenance and then this other lady said nope can’t bring it in where I’ve been bringing it in for a year and nobody has said anything but great store and all but yeah, not cool if it’s not allowed, you should put a sign

Worst ever. They rejecting my order for second time. Reason, they don’t have food, they don’t have staff. And also they said “the staff have right for break”. Regarding food, they ask you to pay for condiments, fudge is half full.
12/23 9:30 Older asain lady manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited 30 minutes in a lobby with 5 people just to receive a refund because I couldn't afford to miss another bus waiting.
