Worst ever. They rejecting my order for second time. Reason, they don’t have food, they don’t have staff. And also they said “the staff have right for break”. Regarding food, they ask you to pay for condiments, fudge is half full.

12/23 9:30 Older asain lady manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited 30 minutes in a lobby with 5 people just to receive a refund because I couldn't afford to miss another bus waiting.

This location is a little hard to get in/out of if you are driving west and want to continue west. We ordered breakfast and mine was fine and quick. My daughter's smoothie was not ready so they asked us to park in space 1 for the drive thru. 7 mins later they still had not brought it out. My daughter asked if she should go in and ask for it - but with the people that were hanging around the place I didn't feel safe for her to go in alone. So I drove around and went in to get it.

I decided to place my order through the drive thru and it was a horrible experience I try to use my mobile app the lady in the drive thru kept repeating everything I would say and she would still get my iteams wrong on the screen then I order the new chicken big Mac that is being advertised right now and all I ask the lady was if they could just add extra pickles on my sandwich then I got home and open my food and it was a disaster the sandwich was overly loaded with mac sauce and not enough lettuce or pickles that I order for my sandwich.. Im completely disappointed about McDonald's food chain restaurants employees who aren't taking the time to prepare the food with more care if your employees aren't satisfied or pleased to work at McDonald's kitchen or the drive thru then why work there total ripoff

They had way too many people in the lobby but they took care of drive through first. People waiting 30 mins for just a COFFEE. That’s not okay. the guy in front of me waited an hour. It took me 30 mins just to PAY. this lady did not care, watching us waiting for her the whole time. They have no Lids in the lobby, either. Don’t waste your time.

They forgot 04 pieces of nugget and when i asked for my nuggets that i'd paid the manager told me that i am trying to keep 4 nuggets "free" because i ate mine. WHAT ??? UNBELIVABLE !!!!
I have never seen a manager so unpolite in all Mc Donald's around the world ( chinese woman in early's 40s). I'm a lawyer and of course i have 5 dollars to buy a Mc Deal.
If you read others reviews you could see that this kind of thing is normal for this place.
