Bad service / attitude from the drive through window!

The last two times I was here they got my order wrong. 1st time ordered the the new crispy strips. Got home and saw they gave me regular chicken nuggets instead. 2nd time I ordered a double cheeseburger just plain. They gave a regular hamburger with onions and pickles. I order some crispy strips and they were undercooked. Felt like rubber. They used to good with orders when I would go in the afternoon. But now it's fallen off a cliff. I don't know if they got new employees or what it is?? But I advise EVERYONE to CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Woman working on 4/19/2025 at 6 PM sending out orders to the front was so rude to a young child trying to get help on ordering at the kiosk. She completely ignored him. She absolutely needs to be checked on her lacking customer service skills and just complete lack of empathy. It was not busy at all yet she ignored this child

My partner and i, were here having lunch and the š were bought to us cold and we went and said something and one the female workers got mad at us for it. So the male worker went and remade them for us

So this is a shame. I know itās not healthy and no one should be eating it anyway. But I like this stuff every once in a while. There is a big problem with this place though. The staff has been replaced and they just donāt care anymore. Itās no longer fresh, the service is no longer friendly and to top it off. Two of us ended up food poisoned from the McNuggets. The person at the screen taking your order is rude and can barely speak English. So when he talks over you (which he does the whole time) you canāt understand a thing heās saying. He also let me sit there for quite a while and the other lane was running right past me. Overall, if I could give a zero I would. But we will just never come back
Ordered spicy nuggets. Didn't get that. They gave me regular. Clearly on my receipt it's says Spicy nuggets....

Iām on vacation and I Just ordered triple cheese burger meal on DoorDash a $15 meal that came with a burger all I got was my fries and drink for $15 the store had a fake number listed real messed up canāt get no refund or anything

The manager is unsanitary and unprofessionalā¦she tried to serve me dirty fries she literally places the dirty fry basket handle in my fries then put my fries inside itā¦shes also slandering me to other spanish speaking customers. They told me her name was Wendy buy I wouldnt know if thats accurate because nobodys wearing name tagsā¦This is the worst mcdonalds in Las Vegas believe the reviews. I also have video evidence of everything im saying.
