The restaurant was clean service was with the smile. They got to work on cleaning the outside a lot better. I'm disabled in a chair and you got to do something about these doors! can make billions of dollars a year and not have electrical doors.

The food is good they even remade an order for me east and fast. And Yvanna is so friendly, diligent cleaning, mopping, asking of it was okay to clear off our table. But the whole bathroom doors have a code on them that they can’t even give paying customers and you have to be escorted to the bathroom is ridiculous. I don’t know if this is a corporate thing or a franchisee thing. But seriously. What if it’s a busy day. Are they going to have their staff making people wait because paying customers can’t even get the code to the bathroom. Or as in my case instead of giving me a code I waited for someone to be available to escort me to the bathrooms.just seems like a ridiculous rule. Sure if you aren’t paying don’t give the code. But bathroom escorts when a simple this is the code for paying customers would suffice. It can’t be that serious..

This place is disgusting. This was sitting on a table for more than 30 minutes and nobody ever came to clean it up. Management is rude and disrespectful not only does upper management need to come straighten this place out, but the health department needs to make a visit.

Me and my cousins bike over to this McDonald's all the time, food is average as expected for a giant chain fast food place. The only reason I give it a 3 on atmosphere is that someone blew up the toilet and the whole restaurant smelt like poop. If you getting a light snack at McDonald's I recommend sweet tea and fries with ketchup and ranch.

I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s late tonight. I went specifically to use my rewards points for a free McChicken and free medium fries through the McDonald’s app. When I pulled up to the window around 10:31 PM, I was told their system “didn’t receive” my rewards discount, even though everything was set up correctly on my app.
I didn’t complain or argue because I’m not the type to make a scene I just wanted to use the points I earned. Still, it was upsetting because the whole reason I went was for the rewards.
What made it worse was the attitude from the manager or trainer who was training another employee. I was polite the entire time and simply wanted my order, yet I was met with unnecessary attitude for no reason.
Overall, the experience left me disappointed and frustrated. If the app rewards don’t work, customers should be helped respectfully, not made to feel like they’re doing something wrong.

Really don’t recommend this place. They have a silly policy for dine in. If you want a refill, they give you a smaller cup because “the can’t use the same cup again.” Yeah ok… will go to another one. Avoid.

They also forget a lot of basic stuff with an order. Getting a straw required a wait. Nope.

Waited 10min at the drive through on the right side order area for no one to even answer me, then reversed to go to the left side order area where someone ahead of me got to order then waited again for 5 more min still no answer went up to the first window where the manager was texting on his phone and refused to even acknowledge me, I pulled up to the next window where you pick up and still no one answered me one employee looked at me dirty and the manager did as well, something is seriously wrong with the employees and manager there zero stars this is the 3rd time this has happened in one month and is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a business, rude attitude, simply left without getting to order anything because there must be incompetence going on in there.

Pretty good service. Didn't take too long. The waiting lobby isn't the greatest though. There are kids playing right next to you and it feels very crowded. Somewhat clean bathrooms but it was overflowing with paper towels.
