Really bad customer service, they messed up my order and when I went to tell them instead of making my order new they just added the missing ingredients. One of the cooks came out ready to fight because I was claiming what I had paid for. Honestly giving this place a one star because zero stars is no option

I’ve only been to this McDonalds a few times but every time I come they give me a regular soda instead of diet. I’m diabetic and I have strips that tell me if the drink is diet or not, and every. Single. Time. My drink will not be diet. And then I ask them to remake it and they’re like “uhhhh… well it is diet sooo….” But it quite literally is not! I asked for them to fix it twice today bc they did the wrong drink TWICE! This could send someone to the hospital. There needs to be more focus on what drink people are given. It’s not ok to have an attitude when I ask them to take 15 seconds to give me the correct item.

This location of McDonald’s was very frustrating. We have 11 people ordering breakfast that we placed at 10 AM. Since we have 6+ people ordering breakfast it took a min to get out of the house. We arrive at this location to get our orders through the drive thru we arrived at 10:37. THEY TURNED US AWAY!! Because they stopped serving at 10:30, even tho we used our points. So instead we have to reorder and have to drive away while we have 11 people that we now have to reorder with NO HELP. Just told us to drive away since McDonald’s makes everything to order. I’m not sure when McDonald’s starts making things fresh but how can you turn us away after placing the order BEFORE 10:30. Just very upsetting and disappointing.

Got a happy meal, medium lemonade and a medium unsweetened tea with lemonade. Waited 20 minutes with my completed order on a table with employees pushing it aside to work on other orders. When a young lady gave me the order the lemonade was a small rather than a medium and I asked her about it and claimed the girl behind her gave it to her that way. I understand the struggle of a rush I work at a McDonald's but the food was cold and gave me the wrong sized item while waiting a long time which is not the standard.
