I go there for breakfast sometimes and almost every time, they mess up my order. Or if they do make it right, it's just.... Sloppy... Or the english muffins on my breakfast sandwich(s) are hard, like a hockey puck.... Like it's been sitting out for awhile.
The other morning, my boyfriend ordered a bacon, egg , and cheese biscuit and 2 apple pies. The drive-thru person read back to him what we ordered, but gave him a Mcgriddle. And the apple pies were as hard as a rock! We couldn't even take a bite of them. Sure they gave us new apple pies, but because the drive-thru employee put Mcgriddle on our order ticket, I had to actually buy a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. I'm assuming they thought I was lying or something. .. Which is just completely ridiculous...
Alao, the last time we went, there wasn't even anyone else in the drive-thru line either. So the fact that they messed up the order and gave us old food is just unacceptable...

TRASH location. NO ACCESS to any napkins, no DRINK machine, nothing. The WORST is there is NOBODY ever AT THE COUNTER so you just sit there & stare at a wall like everyone else is in the lobby with a mad face.
I don’t even write reviews unless it’s good so you gotta be legit LEVEL 3 TERRIBLE for me to take my time to do this. And doing this as a public service to help people avoid Headaches and unnecessary anger.

2:30 AM 1/2/25 -Fries were double fried, crunchy and cold straight out of drivethru -Other fries in same bag was soggy with grease and cold. -Mcdouble buns was hard,burnt and patty was old and hard as well. -Mcchicken tasted stale. A 0/4 that's seriously impressive. Maybe the franchisee will read this? probably not.
