Every single time no matter how much food you order or how long the line is even if it’s just you they make you pull around the front and wait 10 minutes until you have to walk in and get your food. It’s ridiculous.

I went through the drive-thru at this location on 08/22/25 at about 6:23 PM and had a terrible experience. I was charged for the wrong items, and when I asked for a refund, the manager came to the window and treated me with complete disrespect. He told me he “wouldn’t talk to me because he doesn’t speak Spanish,” even though I was clearly speaking in English. He then claimed I “ordered in Spanish,” which was not true at all. I felt discriminated against, disrespected, and dismissed instead of being helped. No resolution was offered for the mistake, and the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and offensive. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

I waited nearly 30 minutes for a drive thru pick up mobile order. All I ordered was a 2 snack wrap combo and I had to pull to the front where I was the only car waiting initially. They brought food out to cars behind me and brought food to me twice that wasn’t what I ordered (just one snack wrap and then two snack wraps without fries). When I mentioned I had been waiting for over 20 minutes for food, I was told “What do you want us to do? There’s lots of people waiting for food.” I won’t be visiting this location ever again.

Worst McDonald's in the Valley. They parked me because of my order (fries no salt). Get fries loaded with salt. Drive back through, they park me again. Waited 20 minutes for fries. Drove back through, parked me again only to get it correct. Yet the original food was now cold. Ridiculous to say.
Clean up the homeless 'camp' at the park location. Do better McDonald's.

I tried the spicey sausage Mcmuffin it may have been good except who ever put it together put very little spicey stuff on it. This place takes no pride in quality. Also there was a conflict behind the counter that drifted into the lobby.
