Beyond ridiculous, apparently if you pick option to pay cash, they will ignore you So why would you give option to pay cash and serve. Customer service none existent!! Very sad!!!

They completely ruined this McDonald's with the remodel. I paid my last visit to it today. I won't be returning. You have a problem at the kiosk? Well you can just wait and maybe someone will come out from behind the wall that they built to hide the staff from the customers. You need a refill? Can't get it yourself anymore. You have to wait and hope someone comes out from behind the wall. The entire inside looks more like a jail cell. Not enough help and they don't want you to bother them. The waits are long.
Oh and you need to use the restroom? Same thing. You can wait and maybe someone will come out from behind the wall and buzz you in.
What a terrible experience. There's a In N Out and a Wendy's nearby. That's where I'll be going from now on.

I am going to give this McDonald's one star due to multiple issues with both service and cleanliness. Despite being a fast food restaurant it took approximately 25 minutes to receive my meal, which is far longer than expected and particularly inconvenient for those needing to be on the road. The staff appeared disorganized while hanging both the drive thru and in store customer, which contributed to the delay. Additionally the bathroom were dirty and poorly maintained, reflecting a lack of attention to basic hygiene. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this location to others.

Mc-Standards are NON EXISTENT at this location. I've made several attempts to reach out to someone above about ALL of my issues that I've had here since Apri. 3 months later and still the same story. Employees are afraid of the management, whom ive heard yelling at the employees from the kitchen, they NEVER tell me THANK YOU whenever im nice as could be with them, and overall, the staff appears to have NO LIFE inside of their bodies because it's been Mc-Drained by a serious lack of leadership and direction. They don't even move like chickens with their heads cut off, but more or less like dodo birds just waiting to die. So damn sad!!!!

Fast service for 6:30a, and give 'em a plus for asking if I want catsup and jelly; worst thing is to get to work and no catsup or jelly for your meal !!
