I only want to give no star if I could. The service was at the lowest level. She got my order wrong even I said it twice, so my dad had to order again. She was like unwelcome face when we got into the store and got annoying for no reason. Anyways, I don't really like their way to treat the customers. So 0 star!

I ordered a McDouble and they messed up the order, I give them the burger back and ask for the correct burger and they messed it up a second time. The inside of the restaurant is foggy like steam from a fryer. They don’t allow refills of just water either, honestly this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in years

I was in Las Vegas for a week and stayed at a nearby hotel. Every morning I would go to this McDonald’s and get a large mocha. The first day that I was there, I handed the employee a $20 bill and she immediately dropped it on the ground, which caused a problem because I had to my car to pick up the money. Then when she went to hand me the change back, she spilled my change . The second day was a different employee and there was no hiccups. However, on day three, four and five each time I went there they had the same excuse. The mocha machine was not working very aggravating that around 7:30 AM. Their mocha machine was not working. I think it’s more of an employee doesn’t want to do any work.
I wish zero stars was an option. I've been going to this McDonald's for years, they have completely gone down hill. They didn't answer the phone when I called to find out if they were serving breakfast. Although the menu only showed breakfast items, they stopped serving breakfast by the time we got there before 10:30a.m. The counter person was working the fry station and not washing her hands between handling money and food. She was listless even though there weren't many customers and it wasn't busy. It was obvious that she could care less about service and we walked out.
