They don't have a lot of staff, they wait for you to wait for them to serve you, waiting for them to give you your food. Apart from that, the hamburgers don't serve you well on my cell phone, they gave me the chicken and the bread, they didn't even give me lettuce or mayonnaise, my pickle, just the bread. and the wait for the burger is very long

Horrible service I asked for my mobile pick up order and was ignored a few times and I waited for over 20 minutes for a cheese burger fries and chicken nuggets. I was on a lunch break so I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave without any food. I had to call repeatedly for them to even pick up the phone and they said they can’t refund me unless I’m in the store.

This place is getting worse and worse . The oil they use for the fries and chicken nuggets is really rancid, stale and old, fries are super salty chicken nuggets are old and they taste really bad.
