The new staff, especially the teenagers do not care at all about doing their job or customer service. Almost every order is cold or something is wrong. I ordered 2 McDoubles no pickles. I get the receipt and it says no onions. I tell the guy that’s incorrect and he says sorry it’s already been made there’s nothing I can do. Tell me why I received 2 McDoubles no pickles no onions no cheese no sauce. Just 2 lukewarm patties and a bun. Entitled teenagers mad they have to work for money.

Couldn't understand the clerk at the drive thru. Then food was cold my H C drink was water. I've never had a decent experience here. Why are yaw open?

They had us pull around the front after ordering in the drive thru because they needed us to wait for the fries, when we got the fries to eat, they were barely warm. We had waited for around 8 minutes. They also gave us 2 of the same sauce when we did not ask for it, and the other sauce we requested was not given to us. The cherry on top is the quality of their Coke. It tastes disgustingly sweet and as if it’s old.

I asked if they found something in the lobby and I repeated it because she didn't understand me. She then hangs up on me and takes the phone off the hook so it only rings busy. So unprofessional
