Getting worse. Burgers are coming out pre-burnt but somehow served cold. Fries are soggy and undersalted. And for God's sake, STOP MAKING THE MCFLURRY FIRST in a food order. This should be an obvious point for the line. The ice cream is sitting out for a few minutes and is half melted when it's handed to you at the counter/in the car.

It's a Macdonalds, they pretty much rank the same in my opinion. Service was OK, it appeared to be clean, food was as expected. I rarely go to McDonald's but in this case I was hungry and it was convenient.

Avoid this location! They used to have a really cheerful special needs kid up front who diligently took care of their front of house. He apparently stopped working there recently and now they're a constant mess. The soda machine was out of ice AND bubbles for 2 days. Every single person that bought a soda got a flat one and they did nothing. They let tickets for people inside the restaurant sit for 15 minutes while everyone focuses on the drive thru. Poor management. If nobody is checking to see if the soda machine has ice, do you think anyone is cleaning this kitchen? My experience in kitchens says probably not. They charge an extra $1 for my meal than other mcdonalds locations too. I went here every day for the last 2 years though, but not anymore. Avoid avoid avoid.

This location Doesnât seem to understand the concept of McDonaldâs French Fries the fries are a Fail 99% of the time I will go out of my way to go somewhere else because I know better but this is right around the corner from me All I want is a Crispy Cold Diet Coke & Nice HOT crispy fries Whatâs the problem? Saggy Cold non crispy fries without fail I donât get it do better Buffalo location Sometimes something as dumb as Crispy Hot Fries perfectly salted can make someoneâs day Whatâs the point of being McDonaldâs if you Donât have crispy Hot Fries?? Make it make sense
This location is absolutely amazing! The staff here is very efficient with taking orders and handing out orders. The person taking my order, I believe was Erick, did an amazing job. The person named Eduardo did an amazing job with handing me my food and ensuring that everything was correct before I left. Not only that, but the manager on the floor at that was very hands on with his team and that's amazing coming from someone who works in the food industry!
The one thing I would say though is this location needs to have more security due to the fact that a lot of homeless people knocking on people's windows as they wait to order and making a mess of this wonderful establishment. It's a huge security risk for both the customers and the workers.

Im an active officer and I recently went here at 3am to get some food only to find out that the fries were old, and the food itself was cold. The only edible things were the sprite and the cheeseburger(which was cold). This location management doesn't care about the quality of the food the cooks are putting out.
I spent the next day with insane stomach pain after eating here and I advise you to skip eating at this location at all costs.
