I love the ice cream, however I noticed the employees serving ice cream without gloves. They touch the window, then serve the ice cream using their bare hands Please respect the rules and policies regarding food safety

Out of all the things that went wrong (missing items/wrong orders, nobody working the front , having to yell to the back for help) the thing that honestly shocked me the most was the fact that when i pointed out cheese was missing fron a sandwich (paid extra for it) they literally took cold cheese and added it to the same sandwich. Zero customer service, zero quality control, every single person there made it seem like they hated their jobs. More than enough reason to stop coming here for good.

I know it may be unappealing that the McDonald’s is in a gas station but it’s a nice McDonald’s! And my daughter loves that it has a little interactive table top in the play area! The people are great and food is good!

They don't have anyone at the counter any more so don't pay cash if you go in. Their busiest times you won't get served.
Last night I went to the drive thru because the dining room is closed for construction. The only thing I ordered was a Big Mac. When I got home and opened the box, The top bun was there, but there was nothing between the top bun and the middle bun. Between the middle bun and the bottom bun was a mess of two burgers and sauce and one pickle. Additionally, the bun was so stale is was crunchy. TERRIBLE for $6.17. And, I waited in line for at least 12 minutes. I'll never go there again.

Dietary restrictions: Go online and read what each dietary suggestion/ ingredient there is for whatever it is you want to order.
Ordered Large fries at 6:22 pm.October 23,2024 Order 706. Manager gave this bullshit. It's not a large fry almost half was never there. I put the bag on the counter and left for you since evidently you need the fries more than i do. You guys need to get a Real Night Manager and every Sunday we wait without even getting acknowledged
