So ghetto. They clearly don't want to work there. I placed a mobile order and even though I showed the confirmation email they said they couldn't do nothing so I just paid upfront another 20$ for my order. Now their saying they can't refund me. So ridiculous.

This McDonald's is consistently the worst one in Las Vegas, with food that is sometimes cold, and the attitudes there are as well. Definitely no gold standard here, and they should be an example to everyone of how not to be. Lots of employees change, but for some reason, those in power think they have good management. Hahaha, do they read reviews and look at the overall picture? Someone change the management.

The restaurant was very dirty. They had wet floor signs all over the place I even had to point out to them that they have water on the floor the manager was in the back standing on food on the floor and I asked her a question and she just shine me on like whatever and you're just a customer a customer that doesn't win eating a dirty restaurant at McDonald's that's one of the worst McDonald's right there the manager should not be able to stand there stepping on french fries and food while you just worrying about the next order but you're not worried about the cleanliness of the business.

This McDonald's is very clean and tighty. I was impressed with the customer service that I received this afternoon. I am blown away how amazing the application is. It gives great deals. Free food almost every day. Great prices. 👍 The only thing i would say they need to do is turn the air conditioning on. It was extremely stuffy and humid inside. Keep up the great work guys.

I used to enjoy this mcdoanlds for many years, until all of a sudden the employees, specifically the manager has a power trip over asking for sauces at the drive thru window. Come on really.... The customer service had gone down hill, and my family and I will be going to a different location now.

Me and my family placed our order through the drive thru. Sandra the employee who was taking our order was very rude from the beginning. We let her know kindly we need more time to look at the menu. When we stood her we were ready to place our order she replied “well I’ve been ready” she completely messed our order up. So when the gentleman at the first window went though our order we made the corrections with him. Once we got to the second window the very kind woman was able to give us the coffee that was missed. Sandra was being very rude to her employees and making a scene because she was arguing with them that we didn’t pay for the order that she messed up in the first place. This is not the first time she’s been rude to Customer and her employees. She’s rushing through the orders and doesn’t care about the outcome when she messing things up and bring super rude to everyone around her. She needs to be addressed by management

I happen to come during rush hour ... so I understand employees super busy with orders. But only Drive thru was being taken care of. And as we tried to flag someone down to help, we kept waiting for someone to show up to cash register to help us Dine In or to go customers. Bad and uncaring lack of good service today. Manager ignored us.
