Every. Single. Time. I've worked fast food before. It's honestly not that hard. I get mistakes. But really? Every single time? Sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. NO cheese please! I said no cheese 5 times. Screen said no cheese, sticker says no cheese. I get a mcgriddle WITH cheese. And bacon instead of sausage. Now make that make sense. Im tired of wasting my money on these places demanding more that minimum wage when you can't read a ticket and make sure food matches up. Mcdonalds you owe me a refund!

This location is typically a 4-5 star spot but it’s been getting worse and worse that I had to voice my opinion and leave a 1. The old Hispanic guy should not be operating the drive through. It makes no sense why someone hard of hearing is doing the only job that involves listening but today it got worse. The old guy struggles taking my order as usual asking me to repeat digits for my code or repeat what drinks I order. So after that debacle I go to pay, I ask if I can pay with Apple Pay he says yes and sticks out the keypad for me to touch pay. As I’m pulling up my Apple wallet he pulls it away and starts taking another order. As if I didn’t meet his speed. So now I have to wait for the people behind me to order all while the drive thru in front of me has cleared out. He sticks the keypad out finally and pay and he tells me “you have no money” you need $14……. My order was $13 and some change. So I ask him what he means ? And then of course the language barrier. I told him my order was $13 not $27 and that he must of charged me for the new order he started taking …… he says he “fixed it” and tries to charge me for my correct order…. But obviously I’m aware I just paid $14 towards someone else’s food and I need this rectified. so I wait for the manager to come she fixes it. Says something about I have to pay now with a different payment because she has a line.

This mcdonalds is one of the worst mcdonalds I have ever worked at or been to, I used to love this place when I was 13 and I would come here with my mom and order and sometimes they would mess up the orders and I never understood why till I quit a few months ago. Honestly I can't tell you how bad the workers were getting treated there, I used to work here and most the time the workers would focus on drive thru and not the customers at the front desk and some people would just complain. And me and my fellow workers were getting treated very disrespectfully by Sandra, Maria, and Whitney, there were a few other managers who worked there that were nice but wouldn't be there long, Whitney is the worst because I remember seeing her get down on the floor to get something and then handle the chicken nugget holder without washing her hands! And her hands were so rough they felt like they were flaking off and had been run through a cheese grader it was disgusting! There was also food all over the floors, sometimes lanes would break down and people would have to move to different lanes, overall management is just terrible and should be reported to corporation. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is still somewhat good but gets cold after having to heat it in the microwave after I get home. I now see why this place has gotten so many bad reviews Is because of wrong orders, terrible management, rude workers, and dirty environment! Truly terrible I feel so bad for the young men that work there.

So ghetto. They clearly don't want to work there. I placed a mobile order and even though I showed the confirmation email they said they couldn't do nothing so I just paid upfront another 20$ for my order. Now their saying they can't refund me. So ridiculous.

This McDonald's is consistently the worst one in Las Vegas, with food that is sometimes cold, and the attitudes there are as well. Definitely no gold standard here, and they should be an example to everyone of how not to be. Lots of employees change, but for some reason, those in power think they have good management. Hahaha, do they read reviews and look at the overall picture? Someone change the management.

The restaurant was very dirty. They had wet floor signs all over the place I even had to point out to them that they have water on the floor the manager was in the back standing on food on the floor and I asked her a question and she just shine me on like whatever and you're just a customer a customer that doesn't win eating a dirty restaurant at McDonald's that's one of the worst McDonald's right there the manager should not be able to stand there stepping on french fries and food while you just worrying about the next order but you're not worried about the cleanliness of the business.
