Again it's fast food, and while my particular order more often than not gets frequently messed up (at almost all fast food joints not just McDonalds) the food here was fresh and warm, service was service , and again no atmosphere.

Drive thru did not cut off her headset and called me a "Bitch" for ordering something that on the menu... I asked for the manager, she said she heard her... Thank God my children didn't hear.

Worst service ever. Ordered for in restaurant pickup using the app at 11:25am. Arrived at the restaurant at 11:45. Order not ready. Was told I had to open the app when in the store so that the order could be processed and that the app tells you to do so. Had a worker put her hand up to my face and tell me to drop the attitude after waiting for 20 minutes for the pickup order & requesting a manager. No apology, just blaming me for not opening my app to get the order processed. Nowhere on the McDonalds app does it say that I have to do that, unless it's a curbside order (which it wasn't). A frontline worker handling food was wearing a baseball cap, with her falling out of it, was not wearing a hairnet. This restaurant was horrible with service and food safety. Not ever returning.

I made an online order at 10:10 through the McDonald’s app. They had received the order. The driver arrived at 10:25. The workers said they are no longer serving breakfast. But breakfast stops at 10:45. So why isn’t it already made? I spoke to an employee and the manager Sandra was very rude. You don’t own the restaurant you work here so do the job you are hired to do. I will be calling to speak with someone because I do not appreciate the treatment. I spent $30 just to not get my order and basically told to kick rocks. Not okay.

No more hamburger combos? You can only get a hamburger with cheese on it? I'll be going somewhere else for a double burger plain fries and a coke.
Terrible service ordered 2 large fries and didn't even put them on the order!! As well as barbeque sauce with the chicken nuggets and none in the bag!!

I came to this McDonald's because they have a play area down the street from my sons doctors office. My son has a broken ankle in a cast and my other can play in the play area. I requested service to table 116. Which is an option given on the app, thinking it was going to come to my table to find out my food was waiting for 20 minutes at the counter. They were calling the number that I did not know because I requested the food being brought to my table. Ithen went to ask about my food and the manger then stated it's been sitting here and we are short staffed as you can view in the pictures they were standing around. Aracely approaches me with a smart mouth and attitude which she is a manager and tells me what is my problem. When I give her the answer she doesn't like it and she tells me if you don't like how this McDonald's is ran, you can go somewhere else. By the way she starts talk crap in Spanish as if I don't speak Spanish.
