I love McDonald's I used to go sometimes twice a day and I would go at least four or five times a week at the bare minimum but McDonald's suddenly came across with this now you have to put in your own order on their screens they never have cashiers available to take care of order or to help you with it if I wanted to work at McDonald's I would apply for a job at McDonald's I don't want to have to enter my own orders in I don't want to have to sit there and wait forever for a cashier to finally wander over to pay for my order if I don't use a credit card I hate their app because it totally sucks it's slow and it doesn't work well it always hangs up if you don't go to the same McDonald's all the time it's just overall a crappy thing and McDonald's used to be my favorite place but it's not so much anymore I still love the food but the price of it went way up recently in the past year or so and the service went plummeting chain wide it's a very sad day because I love McDonald's but I don't like it anymore.

Never ever I eat at McDonald’s, but I allow my toddlers to have happy meals on a rear occasion and such an awful experience today! Ordered barbecue sauce, double check at the receiving window, and OF COURSE nothing when opened at home! I wish you all to have “unhappy” toddlers expecting what they order and didn’t get it for the rest of your lives!!!
