Cold fries, drink didn’t have enough ice and wasn’t filled all the way, and wait time was long. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Las Vegas Valley
this is the worst location. i waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for my online order and my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. when i had went inside the mcdonalds to correct my order, the staff in the kitchen laughed and took another 30 minutes for my order.

I ordered a cookie tote and ask the the lady at the window where’s my cookie tote she said it was underneath my bag so I went home and it wasn’t there at all

told this little mexican girl with a septum piercing that she forgot my soda.she told me to wait outside and never came back out.she made me late for work.i didnt have time to go insde and argue.shes lucky

McDonald's restaurants are what they are. I visit usually for a quick and relatively nutritious breakfast... Usually a breakfast sandwich of some sort or a sausage burrito. The food today met my expectations. The restaurant did as well. My sandwich was still hot when I received it and the OJ was very cold. And the facilities were clean and appeared to be well maintained. That's what I expect and I don't see the reasoning in awarding more than an average, middle of the road three stars, for a business doing what they say they do. To earn more than three stars I'll have to at least be pleasantly surprised in some way. Disappointing me results in losing stars.

Takes 15min to get your food from my several experiences. Not a big deal unless you only have a half hour lunce. A lot of unhoused scary guys in parking lot which you will see when they park you

I waited Atleast 20 minutes for my food and when I finally got it, the fries were missing and they gave me a large coke instead of a small.

I see why people don’t eat out anymore. replaced a mobile order around 8:30 and arrived at 8:40. We paid $18 for two CRISPY keyword crispy chicken sandwiches and a hamburger. there was no line so I should’ve already known that the food was gonna be cold. When we received the food it felt like the fries were thrown back in the fryer. The hamburger was dry with no ketchup. And gave us clearly old chicken. I don’t see how it inconvenienced them so much to make sure that we had hot food when we were the only ones in line.

Last night I took my family to dinner at this McDonald's restaurant on 6990 S. Rainbow Blvd. around 8:25 pm and about an hour later my children and grandmother started feeling sick. One of them started vomiting, my grandmother had severe nausea and gastritis, and my wife also had severe nausea and a headache. After a while, I started feeling sick too, and finally we all vomited and had severe diarrhea. We had to go to the emergency room because the children got very sick, vomiting and with a fever, and my grandmother had severe diarrhea and vomiting. My wife also vomited and had gas, and I had a lot of vomiting and stomach inflammation. At the hospital, they did tests and didn't give us any medication. They did lab tests on the children because the diarrhea wouldn't stop and there was blood in it. Finally, they found that the dinner had fecal matter due to a lack of hygiene and other viruses found in lettuce and meat. Finally, the next day we arrived here. I contacted a woman named Elizabeth who told me she was the general manager of the hospital. She asked me to fill out some forms with more information, if possible, and told me to bring her the receipt. She didn't fill out any paperwork, and since I saw she was very interested in getting the receipt, I decided not to bring it. Without helping or even hearing what happened, she was denying it, and I didn't feel safe because before her, a very young man had spoken to me, and he told me he was the manager. When I told him what happened, he switched to Elizabeth, and that's when I became suspicious because they had already lied. PLEASE, I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY FOOD AT THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT'S FULL OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH THE FOOD. THE PROBLEM WE SAW IS THAT THEY GO INTO THE BATHROOM TOO MANY TIMES AND COME OUT WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS, AND THEN THEY GO BACK TO WORK. THEY DON'T HANDLE THE FOOD CAREFULLY, AND NO ONE CORRECTS THEM, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE MY FAMILY GOT VERY SICK. THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T CARE; THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANY HELP OTHER THAN TAKE MY RECEIPT AND DENY THAT WE ATE THERE.

Extremely slow drive through that consistently overflows and blocks parts of the parking lot and spills out into the street. This location desperately needs a second drive thru lane at the very least to manage vehicle volume.

It was 3:20 in the afternoon this McDonald is very busy, like I'm talking the drive thru is wrapped around the block and 10 customers are waiting for orders ar the counter. So expected the food to be hot, it was cold and the fries were soggy. Terrible for one of the largest fast food chains in the world. There were about 7-9 employees stand around, not sure what they were waiting for. I will not be coming back to this location. Mobile order#YI08 drive thru but I changed it to pickup at counter.
