Walked in. Could not get helped by store employees. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Monday 6-23 around 1:30pm. Steady flow of business, wouldn't consider it slammed.
Great 5$ meals
I recently moved to the neighborhood near this McDonald's and I have a 10 year old who still loves a Happy Meal and the sausage burritos for breakfast. Unfortunately, almost every time I have ordered from this restaurant, the order is incorrect. In the past, I have ordered an egg McMuffin and received a steak bagel. Once, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with extra cheese and received no cheese and 2 sausage patties. Today took the cake though. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup, no pickles. I received extra ketchup and nothing else. No mustard no onions....it was so much ketchup that the inside of the wrapper was covered in it. It is simple to follow instructions. If you offer the availability to customize your order, your request should be followed and not so completely ignored that I cannot eat my food. Do better McDonald's.

i was happy to eat at mcdonald’s for dinner tonight, but after my experience i can say im highly disappointed and dissatisfied in mcdonald’s. i’ve had some mishaps with mcdoanlds before, but this was just the icing on the cake. i saw that mcdoanlds was doing a deal on the app, 1 dollar for 10 nuggets, and i was so happy. when i got my food though, i only had gotten 9 nuggets instead of 10. i truly feel like i got jipped and i am extremely disappointed. as a loyal customer it felt like my heart was ripped out of my chest. it was advertised for 10, but i only got 9. how does this happen? i don’t know if i can continue to come back to this establishment.

The Temu version Pauly D lookin manager was very very rude. Intentionally forgot to put some of our order in the bag and proceeded to be incredibly rude when we had to go in and ge the rest of our order. Be better…

Well we don’t come to McDonald’s for good service but the wait was horrendous, cars backed up down the lanes, it’s only midnight!!
Waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes. It’s 12 o’clock at night at only 3 cars in front of me.

Have to order from machines, which don’t work. Get an employee to take an order at a register…. Good luck with that. The store is filthy. I mean we all know McDonalds is junk food… but for the prices and service… this place is crap. 0.7/10 will come back. Better and cleaner locations in the valley

11/18 9:30AM the who was helping me she was not listening. I order out the machine keep telling her my number end up just she charging everything I didn't ask just for a coffee, but she asked me for eight dollars or something else. I asked her again what I was ordering finally she collect, but make me Fiona good look like my fault everything she don't smile she's body reaction was not OK to Customer morning. My day was not OK. even self machine don't come out receipt paper.

I want to give a big thank you to Desiree for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful and polite, with a positive attitude that’s truly infectious people like her are rare to find these days! Her service has made me want to keep coming back. I also want to recognize Andrew, who was the first to help me use the self-service machine. He was very polite and patient. This location has completely changed my view of McDonald’s great team and a fantastic experience!

Usually.. they listen very well.. however lately they have ignored me and put onions on my meal.. incredibly annoying and a WASTE of food. You already made me wait outside of the drive thru because it would take longer.. and then you don't even listen or make it right? This is a new issue, please retrain staff
