This morning 12/8/25 I ordered a hot coffee and they had me waiting for 12 minutes this is ridiculous!!!! I was not informed at the time of ordering that I had to wait. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Will not return !!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️

cashier kept telling me that i could no longer pick up my order that i placed well before the menus change and he told me my order was cancelled, i took time out of my break to come and pick up my order i paid for. so what did they just make the order and tell me i cant pick it up? So stupid and the app should not let you place an order when the system is “down”. no one has 20 minutes to wait for their food.

Honestly, I’ve been coming into this McDonald’s for a very long time but lately I’ve noticed they’ve been skipping us out on the Monopoly play stickers. I’m pretty sure they’re keeping it for themselves cause I had asked one of the workers if they had any more monopoly stickers, and he was like they ran out, but he had a little smirk on his face like he was lying

I get my pumpkin spice latte here maybe twice a week . Cashier boy at the first window @3:40am needs to do better. I was asking a simple question such as the size of the cup I ordered and it took him such a long time to understand what I was asking and on top of that he was answering me as if I WAS the slow one. He either needs to learn to love what he does and maybe download the Duolingo app or look for something he can actually do. The guy who makes the coffee is a sweetie and I keep coming here because he does the best coffee ❤️ this comes from a Latina who is fluent in both English and Spanish soooo I understand completely that learning a new language is hard. Thanks bye.

This side of towns McDonald’s are the complete opposite of other sides like Summerlin and Henderson, hell even in North Las Vegas there are some who have better service. They can be rude regardless of how polite you may be ..
