Food is always good, some of the workers there are a little inexperienced or they just don't have the good customer service from other locations. But if needed, always a good spot when in the area.

Guy behind the counter was rude when I asked for my drink before the meal came out. I've said it a million times but HOW HARD IS IT TO REMEMBER THE BARBEQUE SAUCE AND NAPKINS! I shouldn't have to ask.

I think owner need the attention to focus to n this place . I work on hospitality business too. Either employee and manger are raciest or feel too lazy and steeling company money for doing nothing .
My suggestion to owner please give importance to the business if you are passionate on it or ignore it let it run the way it is horrible way

They put hot sauce on two double cheeseburger kids Happy meals, not ketchup. When I called them about this, they offered no apology until I asked them multiple times why this mistake would be made. They didn’t answer the first few times I called and when they finally did, Manager Yasmin proceeded to be disrespectful and hang up. After calling back multiple times, supposedly Manager Miguel told me sorry finally for the inconvenience of my children eating hot sauce, he told me to come back and have the food remade, which I repeatedly stated that I did not live near the McDonald’s and just wanted a refund as I placed the order on the mobile app and there was ZERO room for mistake, this feels like a purposeful attempt to sabotage our food. He also proceeded to hang up on me. I will be sending photos and phone recordings of these interactions to HR with these awful staff..

Ordered drive through I asked for a plain burger just cheese and meat they took 30 minutes to have it ready and they didn’t put cheese they just gave me meat very disappointed waste of money worst customer service.

Service sucks and every order they were serving was missing so.ething even my order... no one in the dining front to serve ppl waiting in line thwy are just in the back gossiping in spanish. Try to avoid this location. My simple order took them 10 mins to bring out then i asked to use the restroom amd even there kept me waiting for another 5 mins.

I haven't been to McDonalds in a year. I went this after noon and was disappointed and shocked, I ordered a cheeseburger and a double quarter powder neither had lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber and a spot of catsup about the size of a dime. The beef patty was about as thick as a nickle! Don't think ill return. I've heard of downsizing but that was ridiculous.

I ordered breakfast and requested a black coffee. I received a coffee with cream and sugar. This has happened a lot at this restaurant. You must check the order before you drive away. McDonalds could learn a thing or two from In & Out burger. They read the order back 3 times before you drive away. I would also like a receipt, they never give one with the order. McDonalds need to improve their training and put people at the windows who can speak English.

Food is ok. What can you ask for more. The service is horrible. The staff and the mangers need to be trained again. They’re not friendly and refuse to give me my receipt until I demand for it. I don’t care if your machine is broken.

I am not pleased with the service here at all today. I frequent this location pretty much daily because I work across the street, However, I am normally using the drive-through. Today I had to take a moment to go into the lobby after realising when I was pulling out of the drive-through that my sandwich was buy one get one for a dollar. This is something I wish was said to me by the way. Upon walking up to the counter, I was not greeted in any way shape or form, instead the young lady just stopped and stared at me waiting for me to approach and start speaking. I explained that I just pulled around from the drive-through and realised that my sandwich was buy one get one for a dollar and asked if I could possibly still have the deal honoured. Rather than saying anything, the young lady decided to turn around annoyed and disappear for me to moments later, find out she was getting a manager. The manager walked up And without greeting me Says did you need to order? So I had to explain myself all over again. After explaining, still no words are spoken to me, the manager starts digging through my bag with her bare hands to open and look what sandwich I got rather than just asking me. She then says very quietly as if she was irritated “one more”? I say yes, paid, and she walks away. The young lady up front calls out numbers for other orders and in doing so yells out a number multiple times, then snatched the bag aggressively when nobody answered. I am still near the counter with no receipt therefor don’t know my order number, Watching this young lady noticeably very irritated to the point others were commenting. Eventually, come to find out she goes back to grab the bag that was not claimed by anybody and holds it up for me to see it and come get it. This is after waiting 10 minutes while the bag sat there knowing it was mine. All of my food now cold. I do not normally write reviews like this, but I think this was absolutely ridiculous and those employees need to go home. They do not want to be at work.
