Prejudice and will serve Spanish folks ahead of you if possible. The manager is horrible and has no explanation on why I waited 30 min to be told oh they starting on it now ..

I want to give a shout out to this mcds. I had a kids at home having a meltdown about getting a blue bucket, the workers were super accommodating and nice. I live closer to a different mcdonalds but I always come to tropicana fort apache because the staff and atmosphere is great.

Irlanda the store manager is soooo nasty and unprofessional. She saw that I clearly had a receipt for my order but refused to give it to me. This location is always giving myself and coworkers a hard time when ordering online. When I asked for her name she then stated “you want everyone here names too” and this is the manager.

I ordered with the kiosk and my food sat on a cart behind the counter for 10 minutes.Nobody brought it out.I had to go ask for it meanwhile.The guys running food out to the drive.Sleep three times passing my food up. These are the basics and your failing miserably at them guess I should use the drive through to get service

They say that they cannot upgrade you on your Drink on the five dollar deal and I always do and he was being very ruder I got the same order two days ago

First off I know this day and age we are all supposed to use our phones or touch screen tablets to places ordered but if we want to have it our way how come there isn’t a list of options to modify your meal like BBQ Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce , Sweet and Tangy Sauce ect? Or even a way to add on how many Sauces you would like for your meal even if you don’t order chicken nuggets. Why is it you only get a sauce if you order chicken nuggets? What if I want a sauce for my fries or my hot and spicy? Why when I input I want extra pickles on my hot and spicy did I only get two? Seems like two is less then pathetic since you can’t get a little bit of pickle per bite unless you have a huge ass cartoon mouth and can eat a hot in spicy in two bites. Why is it an inconvenience to give a paying customer some sauce for their meal? How come you don’t train your staff including management on how to be nice, empathetic, compassionate to customer paying or not. You do not have to be rude to get your point across actually the more rude you get the more hostile the situation gets. I know you don’t care about 1 persons review since you have 100,000 of people enter your facilities daily but wow do you need to take a look at how your run things so people have a more enjoyable experience. When I was a kid I told my parents I was gonna run away to McDonalds cause that’s where you can have fun all the time now I could careless since I know your staff will be rude, I’ll get price gouged, food will be made wrong or made with no care and I’ll be left feeling like I’m an inconvenience when I ask for BBQ sauce and a rude manager will tell me you didn’t get chicken nuggets. I unfortunately know I didn’t get chicken nuggets that’s not what I wanted, I wanted 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches with American cheese, no mayo and extra pickles, large French fry and drink with 2 BBQ sauce 1 for my sandwiches and 1 for my fries if I have to pay that’s fine you don’t have to be rude about it. Thank you for making my purchases harder since now I have to pay twice since it’s not on your system as an add on!

They forgot parts of my order in the drive thru. We went in to get the rest of it and the staff rolled their eyes and told us they were busy and we shouldn't have come in to ask for our food. They did give our replacement but made it wrong. The manager on shift said we should call instead of coming in after the drive thru to pick up the rest of the food inside. We also asked for sauce for our nuggets (which was not included in our meal), and we were turned away. We have brought all the food in to show what we were missing. I made a phone call and no one answered. A+ staff.

If you have to count how many pumps for a caramel iced coffee, you have no business owning a business.
