This was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. The old woman at the Drive-Thru lane during the evening shift was not just rude, but openly disrespectful. It was obvious she treated me this way because I am an Uber driver, and after reading other reviews, I realized I'm not the first one who has experienced this kind of behavior from her. Such unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable and leaves a terrible impression of this location.

Got short changed, and I asked for light ice. When handed my iced coffee definitely was not light ice, told the woman that was handing it to me. She rolled her eyes at me. Just drove off.

Its what you'd expect for mcdonalds food, but this mcdonalds will forget at least one of your items every single time you go through the drive through no matter the time of day. Check your order and your receipt before you leave.

Came inside just to meet some family members for a quick coffee and dessert. Lobby is dirty, but not horribly. Tables need to be wiped down and there’s numbers that are sitting on empty tables. Definitely needs attention like sweeping and mopping.
Definitely needs clean behind the counter, there is a mess on every single countertop. There is behind the counter.
What I really disliked was that I ordered coffee and I pie. The girl in the front counter had left to go hand and order outside. Somebody was making my coffee, but I had asked for fresh coffee. Not sure if anyone knows this but coffee made, brewed in a glass pot, is only good for 30 minutes. Unless McDonald’s changed your standards, I’m pretty sure the copy that that lady made was not fresh. When I asked her for fresh coffee, she Arrogantly Said, OK I’ll throw this away. If there’s one thing that McDonald’s does get right, is there a regular brewed coffee. It taste good when it has the right amount of cream of sugar in it and I would enjoy having this every single day. But when you back it up with horrible customer service, it makes it very undesirable.
Customer service is what drives people to continue to come back to the McDonald’s that they’re at, to any restaurant that they’re at. For this McDonald’s I can tell you I will probably never ever come back inside here. It’s unfortunate that the employees have to go through so much for so little, but the rest of us have to pay for it as well.
And for anyone at McDonald’s that’s recess, can someone please clean all the numbers that go on the tables, every single tent number is really dirty and gross

I would love to thank the manager Delaney for her customer service. She went above and beyond helping me with my situation when ordering lunch. McDonald’s is a huge chain where I’m sure employees may go under the radar, but I ask to recognize her effort in making my visit a great experience. Thank you

Why are the doors closed at 9pm on a Friday when the dining hours on the door show until 10pm…. Employees making the burgers need to read receipts. Everytime I come here they get my sandwich wring. Extra pickle no onion; it’s simple. But almost everytime I have to bring it back because there are onions on my sandwich and no pickle!!! Fries are often undercooked

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. Waited 15 mins, no receipt given back. No big deal. Didn't bother to check the bag before I drove off ( that's on me ). Got the McMuffins, no sausage on either. It's hard to mess up a 4 ingredient sandwich, but this place did it well. That's what happens when corporate drive through times are more important than quality control. less of the mistake on the staff and more of the blame on the corporate aspect of quantity over quality. The one star isn't on the staff, it's on the management and corporate aspect of this reoccurring issue. For $5, Jack in the box across the street would have done more and better.
Mcdonald's has become ridiculously overpriced. The quality of food is literally trash. The sizes have become smaller. And the people at drive thru don't speak, just hand you your stuff and close the windows. Inside is no better. Mcdonlda used to be a bright, happy, fun place. Now, it feels like an overly sterile, empty waiting room. As far as spending over 14.00 for cold fries and a hamburger tastes like it's been reheated from 2 days before, I'll take my business to Freddy, always hot, fresh and nice size perfect melted chesse smash burger. And their customer service is impeccable. Bye Mcdonald's, it was a pleasure growing up with you.

I went through the drive-thru and used the outside lane. Unfortunately, no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. Meanwhile, several cars in the inside lane were helped immediately — including at least three cars that arrived after me.
I eventually tried pulling up to the pay window to get someone’s attention, but I was completely ignored there as well. After waiting and feeling very frustrated, we had no choice but to drive to another McDonald’s
Terrible places. I came multiple time to get a free fry deal and the fries are cold and uncooked absolutely disgusting. If an item is free it should fresh and hot. Avoid this garbage place!!!!
Very slow, in drive through and inside they all yell at each other. I waited 25 minutes to pick up my order! They suck! Manager doesn’t seem to know how to handle the crew right.
Both of my Minecraft meal collectibles seals were broken by employees. Can I get any help?
