Went to this McDonald’s this Sunday morning and was told all they had and were serving was chicken nuggets. You would think they would be more prepared for their menus changes from breakfast to lunch or maybe they were just out of everything.

1st off, customer service was friendly, welcoming.We have always liked coming here.Today, the food was luke warm.I asked for hot french fries. The young man was courtious!!!.But, brought luke warm fries agian. Not his fault. I left hungry. My Mother and I spent $22.00 on 2 small burgers some french fries and drinks. I feel it could have been better. Nice lighting, very clean.

I ordered the two breakfast burritos, one of them came with a black hair. Won’t be patronizing this establishment any longer. I did call to advise them that there was a black hair and they were more than willing to give me a refund or come in for a free meal sometime. However, I think I’m done with that location (Grand Canyon/Flamingo)

The manager was pretty rude about using promo coupons that my son had gotten from his grandmother, so we gave one to another customer, just because... We always seem to run out of time before using any of these promos or coupons, what can we say, life gets busy. We usually go to the area one, and it's usually in the drive-thru. Seems to encourage using the Kiosk.

Very very slow. Customer service is horrible. Corporate needs to step in as it's mismanaged.On top of it all. Waited 30 min in drive thru. They didn't have my order when I got up to window 1 to pay. Hmmmmm. Need training?????Lady at window 2 was very rude. She acted like she was a manager, but very rough around the edges like a truck driver. Didn't even try to make it right in any way.Vegetarian options: Warning....they don't sell Salads anymore at this location. Not sure if it's the same at all locations

Food was warm but dry.Service was the worst I’ve experienced at McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order. It was around 10:00 and they close at 11:00pm. The drive thru line had 3 cars in front of me. But it moved so slow. The front door was already locked, so picking up my order inside was not an option. I didn’t get to talk to the intercom until 10:30. I gave her my order code and then I heard her mumbling. I could not make out what she said, so I pulled forward like I always do with other McDonlad’s.I waited at the window for another 2 minutes, then she opened the window and asked my order code again. I gave it to her again, then she said she doesn’t have my order and said that I should have waited for her at the intercom because she couldn’t find my order. I explained that it was a mobile order and it’s already paid for, but she insisted that I need to go back to the line and place the order again. I have no idea why, but she kept saying that I need to go back to the line. There is no way that I go back to the line and wait another 30 mins for nothing. I’ve placed my order with the app, and it’s already paid for, what else do they need from me and required me to line up again?She then explained that she was the only one at the restaurant and she couldn’t run between two windows like that…. I don’t understand but it’s not my problem! She said,” Then you will have to wait for 30 mins here if you don’t go back to the line.” I said, “Fine. I’ll wait”. Then she closed her window on me.I feel bad that she was the only one working that night, but the customers should not be the one being punished. I suggest the manager of this store to review the labor required at this store. I will try to avoid McDonald’s late at night in the future.

They messed up my order…what more can I say.The only saving grace was that the manager said she would fix the mistake the next time I came by. Which will be I don’t know when since I don’t eat McDonald’s very often! ?
