Elan at McDonald’s is absolutely wonderful. He confirmed my order with care, greeted me with a genuine smile, and even complimented my personality. He patiently walked me through how to use the deals and coupon codes in the app, which can be a little slow sometimes, and made the whole process easy. He leaned out the window so nicely to take my card. He is so diligent, welcoming, and meticulous, and I truly think everyone should be more like him. Elan deserves a raise asap!

Went through drive thru and was confused after paying because no one told me which pick up window to wait at. They have 2 windows so I had to back up to correct window. Breakfast was hot and fresh and a good egg Mcmuffin.

Went to get a simple order after work and it took 20 minutes just for someone to come ring up my order I put in at the kiosk , my online order I placed 20 minutes before that also wasn’t done by that time my kiosk order came out first, so I asked about the online order, the manager took my kiosk order when I said I ain’t get my online order, then had a attitude about giving me the stuff I paid for, only worried about drive through nd staying number 1 in that area f the lobby customers
