Went to get a simple order after work and it took 20 minutes just for someone to come ring up my order I put in at the kiosk , my online order I placed 20 minutes before that also wasn’t done by that time my kiosk order came out first, so I asked about the online order, the manager took my kiosk order when I said I ain’t get my online order, then had a attitude about giving me the stuff I paid for, only worried about drive through nd staying number 1 in that area f the lobby customers

About a week ago, I went here and ordered a big Mac and large fries. The fries were hot but the big Mac had zero cheese, Lettuce or sauce on the top half of the sandwich. I figured it was just a one off and let it go. I went again and asked the guy at the pay window about it and he told me I'm sorry that's not how it's suppose to be. When I got my same order this time, the fries were cold and the sandwich was exactly as b4 for nearly $12 I might add. Never going here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews on anything… but this is UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered my meal without tomatoes and my sandwich was LOADED with tomatoes and overloaded with mayo! My fries were cold and hard, and my caramel iced coffee had no caramel syrup and no creamer!! Poor quality of food!!!

Making us wait forever at the third window to get chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. And then when you finally brought me my meall it had no french fries.
When we at the food, there was no bacon on his 2B burger and they didn't even salt the fries.
