So ordering at the kiosk means you don't get a receipt, which also means that you can't prove what you paid for. This location uses that as an opportunity to short you on what you paid for and not give you everything that you bought. I paid for extra sausage and didn't get extra sausage.

I come here 3-5x a week I know sounds bad but, I love the breakfast. But, today was horrible. I always pay extra for what I want and today they didn’t do it I had to wait 3x longer for my food and lady was very argumentative. I then called and asked to speak to a store manager and they were laughing and hung up on me. I will not return.

I ordered delivery on 11/22/2025 at 10:31 AM as printed in the receipt attached to the delivery bag. I ordered two milk shakes. One Vanilla and one chocolate. The Vanilla could not be made due to a machine not working. I was given two cartons of chocolate drink that I did not order or want. The chocolate milkshake that did come was very watery. I used Grunhub for delivery but they could not help. I spent at least an hour attempting to communicate online. Nothing worked. The Mc Donald’s is located at 900 S Rampart Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89145 The charge on my card ending in 8826 is still “pending” a charge of $32.00 a day later. What to do?
