Went there at 9:30 at night, I had a mobile order, they gave me my drink and then I waited 7 minutes and was give my food, EVERYTHING was cold and they forgot my sauce for my nuggets.

I had an issue with a prior order and was sent vouchers along with an apology letter. I attempted to use the vouchers at the Rampart location and was given the 3rd degree by the manager questioning if he would accept them??? C'mon...absolutely ridiculous...not the vibe

Rude Manager with short blonde hair, rude employee with the long braids. I had to come all the way inside because they didn’t put the sauces and because the toys were old Marvel Ones and not the Hello Kitty/Yu-Gi-Oh toys that were advertised. I asked kindly for the sauce they didn’t put in and they were so rude! I also kindly asked about the toys asking to switch the ones given for the new ones and they said they didn’t have any so rudely. Then they started laughing among themselves. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this location. No professionalism and these employees lack class.
Now let’s talk about the food, the fries were so old and gross and the chicken nuggets were soggy and old. Overpriced and gross food. Needless to say we won’t be back to this location. There are other fast food places that have much better service and food.
