Nice to be able to take a break from driving and have an early breakfast in box cars. The kids loved the long run area and of course, McDonald's is always good for the kids and good on the pocket book.

I always like going to that McDonald's every time I go there is one employee who always remembers my order and he always makes sure my daughter gets her happy meal done just right his name is Legend great employee ? he is always friendly to customers and he always works at hard to get customers taken care of excellent service.Kid-friendliness: Play area is fun and they always are nice to the children

Tonight we went to this McDonalds. Time was approx 6:10 pm. Decided to go in and place my order as drive through was packed. Inside only one person ordering and one person waiting. After the order taker completed the order they left the register. It was very hectic in the back. Nonetheless as I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order the manager looked at me at least 2 times. No one else bothered. She never said a word just ignored me to get the drive thru orders out. Someone walked in behind me and I finally decided to say something. I said "excuse me," to the manager "is anyone taking orders?" She told me go use the kiosk. I said I'm paying cash. She had the nerve to point at the kiosk and rudely pointed and told me to use it. This is beyond rude and not how you treat Customers. Shame on you. You need to take lessons in customer service. Not only did you not acknowledge me standing there more than 10 minutes, you were rude. I cannot attest to the quality of the food as I left pissed off. As for the ambience it was busy in drive thru but not too much inside. Guess they had to make their time quota as opposed to assisting and treating Customers the right way.

This is my favorite McDonalds in Vegas, though you may have to wait a little longer than other places, the food being fresher than others, makes the slight delay worth the wait. I'd much rather wait for fresh food than not. And, I've never had a problem with the service.

I wish I could say better bc the morning staff is awesome! I've never really ordered night meals until Today and the attitude received on the drive thru monitor was unreal the girl who had the role was rude as hell and her voice had a rude tone as I approached to inform her o was picking up a mobile order she kept saying what's the mobile order... I read what my email showed as the "mobile #" and she got an attitude stating it's only 4 numbers even on the app it didn't show that then condensing asked what's was in the order ... I explained and she said "okay - 2nd window" as I approached the 2nd window I know she was young but over heard her talking shit about me to her coworkers , black hair thick girl ... then a Asian pacific guy brought my meal and I told him I can hear her talkings about me .. he shut the window on me as I was speaking.. then a white lady with colored hair locked it as I was requesting ketchup... listening I know it's not 5 star but don't be messy workers as the customer comes to the window and hears all your saying bc YOU GUYS DIDNT DO YOUR Jobs. They were literally bagging my items up as I approached the window when I had ordered it over 30+ mins ... shows they weren't paying any attention and had to reiterate my order the the drive thru Pacific Islander thick girl. Management fix your Night crew! Not cool. Morning shift is amazing do better and get rid of these rascals.
