Literally the worst McDonald’s. We ordered a large combo and they gave us a small. We asked for a side of tartar sauce and bbq sauce they literally didn’t give us anything. Stole our money. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all. Even if it’s 24/7 just don’t do it. Make sure to check your bag before you leave and your drinks.

Very attentive cashier. Took my order over counter. Used BOGO without any issues. Food came out HOT, within less than a minute(2xcrispy mcchickens) which i was very surprised. Nice large filets! All items were perfect on burgers. Top quality as it should be at every mcdonalds location every day.

Horrible service. Had issue with order in drive through. Went inside to complete. They deleted my order, employee passed me off to manager, who had to inform me she was the manager, don't care. I asked why would you delete my order, when I said I was coming inside. After that she walked off 3 times well taking my order for mcgriddle and hash browns all well playing with food in some else's bag. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Left and went to a different store. Same order was cheaper down the road.

I have been a customer here for years but today was the last straw The management here needs to change niaome and Gloria seem to have it out for their employees. Talk about discrimination I witnessed it first hand I'm bilingual and they talk about there employees behind there backs in very unprofessional ways keep your mouths shut and do your job and run the business and mind your own. Is racism still exist here...

So I’m picking up food through the drive thru and I watched one of the employees who gathered food, lick his fingers after touching the top of my shake. I guess the whipped cream got on his finger and instead of using a napkin or the sink right there to wash his hands he licked his finger instead. I did say something to the person who handed me my food as these were not the same person. I pointed the guy out and that employee try to tell me basically that’s not what I saw, but it is. I would never write a review and lie on someone, but to do such an act in the open in front of cameras made me feel like he’s done it before and just didn’t care. I hope management sees this. Check your cameras. The employee im referring to was working at approx 7pm on 3/2, taller Hispanic male no older than 25 with a black nike wind jacket

Witnessed the poor young adults that work there be treated by rude customers throwing things at the cashier and even physically grabbing their employees. Gloria who apparently is a manager witnessed the scenario yet did or said nothing and allowed her employees to potentially get abused. If I could I would rate this location a zero. I’ll never return for that reason. Running a business myself I would never allow my employees to feel as if there was no one for them to turn to, just sad and it’s sad to see such a large franchise that the owners have no idea or care for who works for them as a person like Gloria should not have the position of management. Zero stars!

Went through the drive thru at 1130 am. Ordered a basic order ,a big Mac meal. Nobody else was in line and they had me pull around to wait. After close to ten minutes, the "manager" came outside to talk on his cell phone and smoke a "cigarette".The staff definitely take their cues from the piss poor management at this location. It's dirty and you can smell bad oil as soon as you drive up.Don't go there. It's disgusting.
