We usually spend $50 each week and we go with our grandkids to the Playhouse. The Playhouse air conditioning has not been working for more than a month, 95 degrees inside how could you have a place this size with this many children in the area and not fix the air conditioning for a whole month? It is terrible. We’re taking our business elsewhere because we can give the $50 to someone else. Terrible customer service.

I placed an order through the mobile app and went to pick up my order, I arrived home and saw I didn't receive my chicken McNuggets then the burger I had ordered had HAIR in it. This isn't the first time the incompetence of the employees here messed up, last time I ordered a special sundae they had during that time, run out and gave me a partial refund, the sundae costed $4.50 and they only gave a dollar refund. Train your employees or replace them

First time at this branch. Wonderful establishment. Extremely busy but manager Gia (I overheard her name) was single handedly carrying the shift. Super patient and kind with every patron. McDonald's is lucky to have her on their team
