The morning crew is horrible. Worst attitudes, the manager is useless. This place is never prepared for the morning rush, always asking to park. Don't not visit until they get new management!!

Waited 27 minutes at the drive through for 1 burger and a frie.. 11 years and they still can't get anything out in a timely manner.. I'm a gluten for punishment I guess..

Order was correct but the meal was not fresh. Burgers and fries were barely warm. It made the meal unpleasant. I paid almost $5 for each order of fries and did not get fresh fries. Waste of money

Wanted a late night snack so ordered a mcdouble and fries on the app Got to the drive thru and said the code, food was ready as soon as I got to the front window after about a five minute wait in the drive thru

Completely unacceptable service. 35 minutes trapped in a drive-thru, waiting for my food in the front, another 20 minutes. Get the food, half the orders incorrect. The whole order is cold, the drinks ice has been melted, the crippled old lady handing out the food Food (who you think I won't yell at, Guess again) told me the manager put this together. If the manager is this level of incompetent, it's no wonder I was at McDonald's for over an hour without getting food

I’ve never had a good experience from here. There always seems to be constant problems and simple orders can’t even be fulfilled through the drive through. Really poor experience

Give zero stars if I could. Shouldn’t take over an hour for delivery to come to me. Got to wait tilll 4 to order breakfast and then do and apparently nobody wants to make it. Guess this is what we get when we pay fast food workers $20 an hour. I hope they replace everyone with damn robots asap.

I don’t know how else to convey it to such establishments, but I’ll try. If they come to you to pick up an order for delivery, it will be easier and better for everyone if you tell them approximately how long they need to wait for this order! Because if the order is ready in 15-20 (minutes) as I was standing now, then I will take another one. Several people asked for my number and left, one said they were already preparing (although there was only packaging)…
