Recently, this McDonald’s location has really gone downhill. The management is poor, and the staff they hire often seem untrained for even simple tasks. For example, a girl in a green vest brought out our curbside order with four large sodas. Instead of double stacking the cup holder for four (4) large sodas, she just balanced them, and of course they spilled all over our car. She simply stood there and asked if we needed napkins—which was obviously the case.

The main manager, a woman, was helpful and tried to assist us, but another manager (a short bald man) was extremely rude. If you scroll down, there are multiple reviews that complain about this miserable dude named RICHARD. When they reached out to us via the “owner or operator “ to address the issue, he was argumentative, blamed us, and even told us not to tell him how to run his business. It was same manager RICHARD RIBEIRO. That kind of response is completely unprofessional.

This wasn’t an isolated experience either. While we were there, several other customers were also asking for a manager. We plan to contact corporate about this. They’re lucky it wasn’t hot coffee that spilled.

Overall, very disappointed. The McDonald’s at Blue Diamond and Rainbow is much better managed, and this location could learn a lot from them.

UPDATE: One of their employees“DESIREE R”the girl in a green vest with black hair and a face full of acne, and terribly applied make up decided to respond to our posts on yelp to harass us. Is this who you hire? People who are afraid to stand up for themselves in person but want to act tough behind a keyboard?

Shockingly Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this McDonald’s location during a curbside pickup. A staff member came out with my order, which included four large drinks, and somehow managed to spill the entire tray—all four drinks—all over me and into my car.

My clothes were soaked, my car seats, floors, dash, dash screen, vents & speakers were completely drenched in soda! The situation was already stressful enough the manager Robert Ribeiro reaction, made it ten times worse!

Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of support, the manager came out, was immediately defensive, and had the audacity to blame me for the spill!! No apology. No replacement drinks. No offer to help clean up the mess. No responsibility taken whatsoever.

I was left sitting in a sticky, soaked car with no resolution, no refund, and no respect. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Accidents can happen, but how they are handled matters—and this was handled horribly. Not even to clean my car or help clean the soda spilled a big mess!! My car is damaged from this and no offer to resolve the matter I have spoken to corporate filing a complaint on this matter. I hope no one else deals with a situation as this! And hope it is placed under new management immediately! Please teach staff accordingly and how to double a cup tray for 4 large drinks.

I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location, and I hope McDonald’s corporate takes this issue seriously. Customers should not be blamed for the mistakes of staff—especially when the damage involves personal property!!

And I’m not the only one having an issue with this horrible manager many other complaints not only this day but other reviews too!!

I went to McDonald's specifically for the new Mt. McDonaldland shake. I had it once before and was really looking forward to it again. I went to the store off Silverado Ranch and LV Blvd. I ordered my food after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes only to be told their shake machine is down and has been for at least 3 weeks and the employee commented that he hadn't been able to try it yet...SERIOUSLY!?!? I should have gone to my regular location off Southern Highlands. Everytime I order a shake there, I get one!!

Somehow every time I go from 12-3 AM they happen to be closed, I’ve been another time and the workers completely ignored me at the speaker so I go to the window where two workers look at me and walk away and hide, I start knocking on the window and they stay hidden. Horrible service they should all be fired

lol went through the drive thru, worker missed some of my order and when i went to the first window to double check and ask, he literally had his airpods in with the drive thru headset and completely ignored me so i was essentially talking to the wall. went to second window to ask, the girl in pink sweater was like “oh he was probably just taking an order.” he in fact was not.
there was another time i went in through drive thru and i asked for the vanilla ice cream in a cup, kid gives me the cone then i say i wanted it in the cup. he literally just shoved the cone into a small clear cup….

i understand these are kids but even when i was in high school working fast food i wasn’t this incompetent 😭

Employees are always rude and act like they are angry you showed up. Fries are always cold. And if you order from this location for delivery even through the McDonalds app they always forget something in the order. I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food for years and this type of behavior was never tolerated.

The morning crew is horrible. Worst attitudes, the manager is useless. This place is never prepared for the morning rush, always asking to park. Don't not visit until they get new management!!

Waited 27 minutes at the drive through for 1 burger and a frie.. 11 years and they still can't get anything out in a timely manner.. I'm a gluten for punishment I guess..
