Last night I waited in line in my car for an order for over 30 minutes because the 2 worker inside did not want to provide the young man waiting in front of me his food because he was not in a vehicle. I then attempted to even pay for the food again that the young man already ordered but the worker shut the door and ignored me even though I was in the car. This is unacceptable and very petty . If someone orders food I’m not sure why the workers couldn’t just hand the young black man his food he purchased instead of causing a mole hill to turn into a mountain

Typical McD's in most ways. Decent service, force you to order at kiosk but that's becoming the way of the country. However very disappointed the diet Coke I had. McDonald's is known for there soda. This was watery and iceless. I ask for replacement with extra ice. Got drink that was somewhat better, but I doubt the Coca-Cola vendor would approve of taste. Still lifeless and little ice!

So I ordered at 1:05 on mobile and drove here. 1:40 and still not done. This is the longest and most unorganized Mcdonalds I ever been to in my life. I would give a 0 if I can

I usually like this McDonald’s. Except for the occasional forgetting my sauce for the nuggets. Asking for a plain CHEESE burger and getting a hamburger that’s dry as hell, or get everything on it instead of plain. But promised my niece I’d get her a hellokitty/ninga turtle kids meal. She was so excited when she got the box. Just to be so disappointed and sad because she got something (neither of us kno what this is from)

Don't order the bagel anything. I wanted to try something new this morning and to my surprise it was terrible. The steak egg and cheese were passable, but the bagel bread was horrible, hard, dry, extra stale. I wanted to throw it out of my window and throw up. It was that bad. Smh.
