This McDonald’s is the first McDonald’s that has excellent customer service! They had a lot of people in drive thru, pick up area and lobby was filled with people and they killed them lines with fast service! They handled it with a smile! I dined in on 11/16/2024 and even asked to speak with the manager and told them how great all his employees are!

Drive thru wait times and service are the worst I’ve experienced in Las Vegas. Workers don’t care, have no urgency or desire to provide good service. Disappointing all around. Can’t recommend.

This used to be the best McDonald’s out here. It has gone down tremendously over the summer. Very unorganized. The gentleman at the speaker has no personality and a very nonchalant attitude. The service was horrible I asked for ketchup three times and had to walk back in to request some because it was never put in my bag. Had me wait a few minutes for fresh fries and they came out fresh but unsalted. Had to then go back inside a second time to ask for salt. It takes people forever to greet you. If you have an issue with talking to customers and having an inviting personality this should not be the place to work. You treat guest as if you’re giving them free meals.
