Zero stars if I could. Kiosk wouldn't let me pay because they didn't have tent cards. Went to the front counter girl says do you need help. I said I'd like to place an order she says do that at the kiosk. I tell her it's not working because there's no tent cards to scan. She says I'll help you in a moment. I said you can't just take my order here? She refuses and I leave. Guess I'll walk back to the hotel and get Starbucks.

While waiting for the order to be delivered to the table, the gentleman who was tasked to tend to cash paying customers at a podium, approached us and was ordering us as to what personal items we were allowed to have out on the table we were sitting at. The items he was mainly concerned of was a disposable vape that was sat on the table upon us sitting down. We hadn't been seated any longer than approximately 2-3 minutes when he had approached our table. Very unprofessional & unnecessary.
