I must be missing something, because McDonald's burgers are ATROCIOUS! The fries and the service are the only good things about this place. Mind you, I have avoided this chain for over 2 decades, but me working in the area has sort of limited my options for a quick meal at lunchtime. Even starving, I can hardly stomach the food. Honestly, the burger tastes better cold lol, but it still had no flavor. This review comes after the 4th day in a row eating their food, so I know this is not an every now and then occurrence. I will say that today the service suffered a bit. Apparently the person taking orders wasn't hearing very well, which was fine, but then the wait for one order of fries had a line backed up several cars. I waited quite a while! My other 3 days the workers were so pleasant and really enjoyable! Today just seemed off... The person who told me to pull up and wait already left me waiting at the window around 5 minutes before he bothered to tell me there was a wait, and he did it in a very cold, careless manner. That is the very kind of attitude that turned me off of McDonald's decades ago. I was really surprised to see that kind of attitude employed there, considering my other encounters. Anyway, that's my take. People with no taste buds I'm sure will beg to differ lol.

We like egg McMuffin meal. Comes with drink and hash brown . Good atmosphere. Good for all ages. Dessert is good

The African American lady who was working the register tonight was so rude! She wouldn’t let me order my food because I couldn’t go in the drive through with my semi truck, so I got out asked to order and she denied service. This McDonalds always has the worst worker except for Ruby she is the best one! I will not be coming here again though due to the circumstances and disrespect!

Wow that was the best sausage egg mcmuffin that i've had in a very long time that absolutely perfect from the egg to the toasted buns that wad 10/10 thank you delicious

On March 25, 2025 at approximately 2350 hours i placed a mobile order at this location for fries and a sundae.
While I placed the order in the app, the app advised me that I could not go through the drive through or curbside and I had to go inside and pick up my order which I agree was odd but I already paid for my order.
This location is attached to a convince store. I asked the associate if the McDonald's was open. He stated yes they were and I could go inside.
As i stand there waiting for my order, the manager comes out extremely rude attitude. The manager told me she has two questions for me and I am not allowed to say anything but yes or no. I try to explain the circumstances surrounding why I'm inside, but she does not let me and talks over me, telling me to be quiet and to close her doors on my way out.
This type of behavior or uncalled for and disrespectful. Furthermore, I went to the drive-through gave my mobile I was advised that it is a dine in code.
I was trying to explain that but I was over talked and dismissed with the upmost disrespect I've ever encountered at any McDonald's. I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food I paid for, so I discarded it.
Do not go here. Lack a common courtesy, customer service, and lack of respect. Attached are pictures that support my decisions and directions given to me by the app.

It's McDonald's. I get that. But, the people you hire will make all the difference in the world, even in a fast food chain restaurant.
I frequent this location. My food is always hot here. The customer service is really good. They're consistently kind. I rarely get sent to the waiting area. I used the app (which is great, by the way), and my order to pick up is usually seamless.
The young folks that work here demonstrate the ability to their jobs well no matter where they work.
