I generally order late night. And depending on who's running the shift the service sucks. If one person is running it...all of the sudden there are no shakes because the machine is down and no cookies because the oven is being cleaned. She even says no ice cream after one when I ordered at 12:15. Ridiculous. This girl should be fired

Easily the worst McDonald’s in town. I come in with rock-bottom expectations and somehow leave disappointed every time. The order is never right, the ice cream machine is a mythical creature at this point, and the “drive-thru” regularly turns into a 10+ minute parking lot experience. If you’re craving the Golden Arches, do yourself a favor and hit the one down the road — this location specializes in chaos, not burgers. 🍔🚗💀

Worst McDonald’s. Not one car behind me, said I needed to park in front and my food would be out in 2 minutes. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then they bring the wrong order. Lady just walks away and doesn’t say anything. Someone else brings out my order 5 minutes later, 15 minutes at this point and just hands me the bag. I said is this the correct one? & just nods and walks away. All have bad attitudes.

I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich and they put bacon on it. Seriously!!!! Make so bad I ordered in the drive thru, they told me to wait in lot 2 someone was parked there and was inside eating.

This location used to be good and thankfully this location still has a handful of the employees that I've known for some time and if it wasn't for those people like Makayla, Lynn, Bre & 3 other associates names that I do not know off hand, I would go to other locations. Those associates mentioned provide great customer service and are friendly unlike the other associates that clearly have crappy attitudes and poor customer service skills and need to either improve them or go somewhere else that doesn't require working with the public. It isn't rocket science to get orders done correctly and if you're not happy with your job at McDonald's then they should not work in retail period.

Terrible service. I've been waiting 35 minutes for a happy meal. They made me park and wait my receipt sd I ordered at 11:15pm and it is now 11:45 This service is ridiculous.....
The only reason I go to McDonald's is their coffee. While the burger and fries were standard McDonald's. The service was extremely slow. Imagine my disappointment when the one thing I really went for (the Coffee) was ice cold. Not Luke warm COLD! Just another McDonald's fail. I should be used to it by now!
