We've been frequenting this McDonald's for the last couple of years, particularly the drive thru, and the service is always top notch. We take our dog with us sometimes and the staff are always friendly and I can tell that they care about our experience. They actually opened a new store closer to us but we prefer driving to this location because we feel more valued as customers here.

I don't want to leave a bad review because I come here all the time and almost never have issues unless it's something on my end, but I came by tonight and ordered a double cheese burger I get home (10 minutes after they close) and I open up my burger and it's covered in grease, black char from the grill probably being end of the night and not super clean, the bun is semi mushy and brown, and the cheese is 2 different colors and textures. Never had this issue before and it's quite nasty least to say. I get y'all close at 12 and are in a hurry to go home, so stop taking orders at 11:30 to have time to clean and make peoples food properly please. Other than that this location is normally good, just tonight they missed the mark.

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in to see two roaches on the floor fornicating! I CLUTCHED my pearls. I was taken aback. It was THEE NASTIEST thing I could ever see. I then ordered a Big Mac with large fries and a large oke and there was A HAIR swimming in the oke. 10/10 do not recommend this location.

Placed a mobile order (first time), pulled up and parked in one of the designated spots. The app said our food was almost done and someone would bring it out between 2-5 minutes. Ten minutes later, the app said to enjoy your food as if it were delivered. After waiting 15 minutes, I decided to go in. It was a mad house in there. There were about 15 people waiting for their food and about 15 employees, with a few who were walking around like they didn't know what they were doing. I walked up to the counter and told the young lady I was waiting for my food and gave her my stall number. She was able to get everything I ordered. Our food was cold and I could tell it had been sitting. We would've been better off if we just went through the drive thru. We definitely won't be ordering through the mobile app again.
Driving to the airport at 4 am and on the way back stopping for breakfast. Getting home to realize total order is wrong, 2 items only 2 and both completely wrong! Not like the place was busy at all.

Just like many McDonald's, it can be kinda hectic and the drive thru can be long. It is located a mile away from my house, and I do Door Dash there quite a bit. It's located right off the freeway as you're coming into Vegas from 95 (like traveling from Reno to Vegas) so you get the people leaving and coming in trying to hit a familiar eating spot.When I deliver, they have a counter specifically for delivery, convenient. However, sometimes there isn't anyone tending to it because they are cranking out food constantly.The bathroom is clean and accessible without a key or code. There is a play place that looks clean for the kids. With a free to play computer station that they can use.Plenty of parking, with designated delivery spaces. Location is easily accessible and people who frequently go there tend to hold the door open for me. And I tend to return the favor, so it is pleasant.Young people work there, and I tend to see the same faces. That means there is little turnover. They work hard too!. I get a smile from time to time but I understand that it's a hectic job. Most of my deliveries come from this location.If you're into McDonald's and live in the neighborhood or are traveling then it won't disappoint. The prices aren't hiked up like downtown, either.

An employee made my 5-year-old daughter cry. While sitting with my kids an employee walked up to us and said we'd be asked to leave because I ate a burrito from Salad and Go while my kids ate 2 McDonald's meals with deserts and played there. Surprisingly, my kids totally understood when I told them we were never going back. I am sorry to have besmirched the integrity of the culinary ambiance of the McDonald's play place.
