Management is horrible condescending and disrespectful. I called and notified the restaurant manager, informing her that we had missing items. Once we arrived at our destination, the store manager requested that we take all the food back to the store. I declined, as we needed to feed multiple children, and was told I could pick up the missing items later. Unacceptable, as all the food we purchased would have been cold, and they were not going to remake any of it. Again, we noticed he had additional items missing and attempted to call the store several times without an answer. When they finally did answer the manager was screaming at the staff and I was hung up on. I called again and explained to the manager that we had additional missing items and I just wanted a refund for my missing items. She stated she would not refund my items as I did not tell her during the original call. I explained that once all of the food was distributed we noticed we had additional items missing and she went on to accuse me of lying. We do not recommend that anyone spend their hard-earned money as they will steal it.

Went through the drive-through yesterday, ordered pancakes, they did not give me butter, syrup or fork or napkins. I took my son to school, and he was very upset about this. it was so sad to see his little lip go up you know, he’s only five years old. This really upset me. I called and advised the manager that she could remember to charge me a dollar that I owed from last week, but she could not remember to put any of that stuff with my son‘s pancakes or the caramel syrup in my coffee and I have come every day for the past 5 yr’s. And she’s the manager! She’s the one that handed the order to the drive-through lady, you think she would remember to do a basic job, but I went through again the second day and she still forgot the syrup, this lady should be demoted. She’s rude every time I come through Has no Customer Service skilled never smiles and is not friendly. All the other people that work there are great though :-)

I come here all the time because it's really close by and their french fries are hot! I cannot eat McDonald's French fries when they are not hot because the quality and taste is different. Please keep up the good work!

Ordered from. The kiosk, I found contactless ordering and payment fine, until they bah your food up and set it on the counter and never call our the #, or update the computee to the # served next. 20 mins it sat behind the counter until the food was cold, and I lost my patience and composer. Tech. Is supposed to make ones life easier, ...right?
Sandwich was supposed to have cheese. Gave back to manager. She whispered something to someone else who took sandwich walking around open then gives to someone else who slaps a cold cheese on it and hands back. Supposed to be remade. No food ever supposed to go back behind counter. Against law. Male manager was great. She definitely wasn't happy when I complained.

Every time we purchase food through the drive through we are always shorted food. We were just there yesterday and they forgot to put an entire meal in our bag costing nearly $10. This is unacceptable and we are not happy to just give our money away! From now on we will be purchasing from the Farm/Durango location.
