I waited way too long at this McDonald’s just for two snack wrap meals in drive thru, and when I finally got home, one of the snack wraps was missing. Super frustrating. If you’re going to make people wait that long, at least double check the order. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Went thru drive thru ordered Deluxe McCrispy and asked them to add cheese and pickles. Guess that ticked them off. Sandwich was cold, sloppy and soggy in the box. Just say no if you don’t want to add other items. Or just do better.

It was extremely concerning to witness a staff member who appeared to be under the influence—so impaired they couldn’t take my order at the drive-thru and had to be replaced by a coworker. To make matters worse, they remained at the first window with visibly bloodshot eyes. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a food service environment.

Bagel with egg, bacon, and cheese was not hot, and I had to reconstruct the sandwich. All ingredients are not even close to being centered on bagel. How to fit a square egg on a round bagel defies logic.
They gave me the wrong food when I went back in and exchanged it I still got the wrong thing and I asked for my drink and she gave me a ice tea instead of what I paid for

Everytime we go get hot coffee in the afternoon it tastes like they just added hot water to an already old coffee... terrible. This has happened 2-3 times around same time...2-4pm between this time...there's a crew who would at times makes us pull over they'll brew new pot..today and yesterday? And the day before? Same ...watered down
