Can’t get a simple order right because no one can count there.
Ordered two 40 piece chicken nuggets which would total 80 pieces-8 boxes of 10 nuggets
I get home to realize I only got half my order. I call and speak to a rude woman who claims they’re the manager and am told I have to go back to the store and return not only my entire order they gave me but she’ll need to verify the receipt and determine if I can have a refund. I told her I don’t have time for that and I’ll dispute the charge with my bank with photo evidence and a copy of my receipt. She then hung up on me when I questioned if she was the actual manager because her customer service sucked and she barely spoke coherently.
Having a spouse who used to work for McDonald’s corporate and was a store manager I can’t believe that the company has gone so far down the hole… now I remember why we rarely get McDonald’s.
Absolute trash.

1 out of 5 times I've been to this location they have got my order right always missing a item or order not correct I know it's just McDonald's but at least give the correct orders Adding to my previous review can't make this up how do you order 3 orders hotcakes and they put one syrup only reason I went to the same location because it close

Probably the worst McDonald's in town. Asked for a plain cheeseburger, it wasn't plain. Paid for Big Mac sause on a burger, didn't get it. Food was also cold. Like they just threw whatever they had left over in my bag

Terrible service. I ordered a coffee, and it tastes like water. They always have some problem: they never clean the coffee machine or put enough coffee. Many times, I’ve seen the manager scolding the employees. Today, they gave me water that tastes like coffee. You go to a place, pay, and getting something like that is the worst. You can’t even complain because everything is closed, and I don’t know why. I always order coffee in-store, and now the access was closed. It’s terrible. The store next door treats you better. Don’t go to this store. I think the workers are mistreated because they don’t do their jobs well. I don’t know how to file a complaint with the corporation because it’s unacceptable to pay, even a penny, and get trash in return.
I wanted a large ice cream and they gave me a small little one, and when I told her that I ordered large she said “It’s a large.” But it was very small, and they were very rude to me.

Last visit for breakfast excellent however I went for late lunch fried were old and cold and the Mac Double not prepared properly ask no onion or cheese looked like took an old double cheeseburger tried to scrap off onions very old food not happy
