So my coworker and I will sometimes order breakfast from here because it's in the same plaza as our workplace. This time around I used the drive thru and placed two combo meals. Employee was friendly, clarified a question I had about the menu, and had me confirm everything was correct on the screen before moving to window #2 to pay. 5/5 stars here for the good service! At the last window, they had me pull up to stall #1 after I received my medium hot coffee to wait for the rest of my food. Someone brought my food over in under 5 mins, I appreciated the short wait time but I've had stuff missing from fast food orders too often in my life, which prompted me to want to check this bag (I forever have trust issues now). Low and behold, our two hash browns were missing completely from the bags. I sighed because I really was hoping I'd get proven wrong, and so I turned my car off and proceed to walk inside. Ambiance was just your typical modern McDonald's with booths, tables, chairs. Looked clean inside. Some giant self-serve kiosks. I let another employee at the counter know about my missing food. She apologized and asked me to hold on a minute. She returned with my two hash browns and even threw in a complimentary apple pie to show their apologies, which I appreciated. Thanks for fixing your mistake McDonald's, but this almost made me late to work haha. But I will still be a returning customer because of the convenience. Hopefully next time you guys can double and maybe even triple check the orders before you send them out, especially if you're having your customers leave the last window with just their beverages to park and wait at the stalls for the rest of their oder. Just a tip! And for everyone else, make sure to absolutely check your orders before you drive away, just a tip!

If I could give 0 stars, I would no hesitation. if you want your order done completely wrong, come to this mcdonalds. it is the one spot in vegas where they really don't care and they love to mess up orders !! And act like it's completely okay, don't even waste your time. And save your quarters, not even worth it. Check the picture I posted this is the freshest hot n spicy they offered today. I even went around to fix my order cause they had accidentally mixed order slips, ended up having to get the right order and even still.

It needs a-10 . This McDonald's sucks , no one cares from employees to managers. They need to close this place down. I guest they haven't heard of customer comes first they have no customer service at all they are rude and unprofessional. Might be one out of a million but will never give this establishment a dime ever again, always messing up on orders. Just pure chaos.

Connected to a gas station, they have drive thru. Normally the people taking the orders are fairly pushy, when you have kids and indecisive people it takes a minute or so to look at the menu. I don't come to McDonalds everyday to know the menu by heart and everyone wants different things. So for the drive thru people have patience please and don't have an attitude when we ask you to give us a second, please. As for food the food was great freshly made fries and burger patties were hot and juicy. The cheese was melted like the burger was just made. That is what we all are looking for.
Picked up a mobile order twice within a month apart from each other around different times and both times they forgot a something from my order, the food is just as good as any other McDonald's, the soda doesn't have that certain McDonald's "crisp" you'd expect. If you do a mobile order here please check your orders before you leave.

The staff is TERRIBLE! There will be a long line and NO ONE greets you, or will acknowledge you like they are supposed to. They will just look at you and ignore you and continue their conversation with their coworkers. People will be standing in line to pick up orders, and they just let the bags of food sit there and get cold while they ignore you. Management and regular staff both do this. The new owners of this store DO NOT care about the customers at all. If they were to get graded by corporate, they would FAIL!

Waited so long at the drive thru with cars behind us while the other lane kept going. Drive thru stall does not work!! After ordering at the window we were given the wrong drinks. Had to wait at the drive thru stall for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!! What a mess! This is the worst mcdonalds i have been to…! Save your time and go somewhere else!
